Abstract
ABSTRAK Markus Pallio. 2019. Program Studi Kepemimpinan Kristen, Fakultas Budaya dan Kepemimpinan Kristen. Judul Skripsi Analisis Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Prestasi Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) Rumah Jahit Di Toraja Utara. Penyusunan skripsi ini dibimbing oleh dosen Daniel Fajar Panuntun, M.Th dan Markus Sakke Pauranan, S.E., M.Ag. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional digambarkan sebagai gaya kepemimpinan yang dapat memotivasi karyawannya sehingga dapat berkembang dan mencapai kinerja pada tingkat lebih tinggi yang diharapkan perusahaan atau industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap prestasi UKM Rumah Jahit Lisha di Toraja Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ialah analisis deskriptif pada pendekatan kualitatif.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pemilik dan karyawan Rumah Jahit Lisha di Toraja Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional sangat mempengaruhi jalannya bisnis di Rumah Jahit Lisha, Dapat dibuktikan dari masing-masing indikator gaya kepemimpinan transformasional. Thesis title Analysis of Transformational Leadership Style on the Achievement of Sinall and Medium Enterprises (UKM) Sewing Houses in North Toraja. The preparation of this thesis was guided by lecturers Daniel Fajar Panuntun, M.Th and Markus Sakke Pauranan, S.E., M.Ag. The transformational leadership style is described as a leadership style that can motivate its employees so that they can develop and achieve perforniance at a higher level expected by the company or industry. This study aims to analyze thetransformational leadership style on the achievement of UKM Lisha Sewing House in North Toraja. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis on a qualitative approach. This research was conducted on the owners and employees ofthe Lisha Sewing House in North Toraja. The results of the study show that the transformational leadership style greatly influences the running of the business at Lisha Sewing House. It can be proven from each indicator of the transformational leadership style Keywords: Transformational leadership style.
