Abstract

ABSTRAK Skripsi dengan judul "Transformasi Kepemimpinan Perempuan Pascapenetapan Pendeta Perempuan Pertama di Gereja Toraja dan Maknanya Bagi Perkembangan Jemaat Limbong Kayurame". Skripsi ini ditulis di bawah bimbingan Dr.Frans Paillin Rumbi, M.Th dan Sumiati Putri Natalia, M.Pd. Penulisan skripsi ini sejauh mana transformasi kepemimpinan perempuan pascapenetapan pendeta perempuan pertama di Gereja Toraja dan maknanya bagi perkembangan jemaat limbong kayurame. Tujuan dari penulisan, untuk lebih mengembangkan kepemimpinan perempuan dalam gereja. Selama ini kaum perempuan di anggap lemah dan dianggap hanya bisa melakukan pekerjaan-pekerjaan rumah saja, itu terjadi karena dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor dari, segi ketidakadilan. Namun sejauh ini, kaum perempuan telah membuktikan bahwa perempuan mampu untuk memimpin. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa perempuan dalam gereja ataupun masyarakat sudah setara dalam Jemaat Limbong Kayurame, sama-sama diberikan tugas baik dalam pewarta, pelayanan firman dan dalam kepengurusan OIG dalam gereja. Adapun kesetaraan dan kesempatan yang besar yang didapatkan oleh perempuan dalam gereja yaitu, mereka diberikan kesempatan untuk memimpin baik dalam gereja. Jadi, Perempuan memaknai bahwa mereka juga dapat membawa perubahan dalam kepemimpinan. Baik dalam gereja ataupun masyarakat. Kesimpulan membuktikan bahwa transformasi pasca penetapan perempuan dalam Gereja Toraja telah membuka jalan masuk bagi perempuan lainnya untuk memimpin. Kata kunci: Transformasi, Kepemimpinan, Perempuan, Kesetaraan Gender ABSTRACT Thesis with the title "Transformation of Women's Leadership After the Establishtnent of the First Female Pastor in the Toraja Church and Its Meaning for the Development of the Limbong Kayurame Congregation". This thesis was written under the guidance ofDr. Frans Paillin Rumbi, M.Th and Sumiati Putri Natalia, M.Pd. In writing this thesis, the extent of the transformation of women's leadership after the appointment ofthe first female pastor in the Toraja Church and its meaning for the development of the Limbong Kayurame congregation. The purpose of writing is to further develop women's leadership in the church. So far, women have been considered weak and thought to only be able to do housework, this happens because they are influenced by various factors in terms of injustice. But so far, women have proven that women are capable of leading. The method used is a qualitative research method. This research shows that women in the church and society are equal in the Limbong Kayurame Congregation, equally given duties in preaching, ministry ofthe word and in managing the OIG in the church. As for the great equality and opportunities that women get in the church, that is, they are given the opportunity to lead well in the church. So, women understand that they can also bring change in leadership. Both in church and society. The conclusion proves that the transformation after the appointment ofivomen in the Toraja Church has opened the way for other women to lead.
