Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor penyebab kaum bapak tidak ikut dalam ibadah persekutuan dan analisis kepemimpinan pendeta terhadap keaktifan kaum bapak dalam ibadah persekutuan. Faktor yang menyebabkan kaum bapak tidak ikut dalam ibadah persekutuan adalah faktor pekerjaan, jarak antara rumah dan tempat ibadah yang jauh dan kurangnya kesadaran dalam diri kaum bapak untuk ikut terlibat dalam persekutuan. Kepemimpinan pendeta merupaka suatu anugrah yang diberikan Allah kepada manusia untuk melayani dan menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Ibadah adalah respon orang percaya, pengucapan syukur melaui hati yang sungguh-sungguh akan kasih dan karunia Allah yang dinyatakan dalam kehidupannya. Sebagai orang percaya harus mengikuti ibadah-ibadah persekutuan yang dilakukan, karena dengan adanya ibadah persekutuan akan menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan anggota jemaat lainnya. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif melalui kajian pustaka, observasi dan wawancara serta analisis. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sepuluh orang, satu orang pendeta, empat majelis dan lima anggota kaum bapak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa persekutuan kaum bapak di gereja Toraja Jemaat Elim Ratte sudah dilakukan dan pemimpin sudah berupaya agar kaum bapak terlibat dalam kegiatan yang dilakukan tetapi kaum bapak sendiri yang belum memiliki kesadaran dalam dirinya. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the factors cousing the fathers not participate in the fellowship worship and the pastor leadership analysis of the aktivities of the father in the fellowship. Factors that couse father of work, the distance between honie and place of worship is far, and lack ofawareness in the fathers to get involved in fellowship. Pastor's leadership is a gift given by god to hunians to serve and carry out the duties and responsibilities given to him. Worship is the response ofbelievers, thanks giving through a truly heart ofgod's love and grace expressed in this life. As believers, they must attend the fellowship worship, because with the worship Service will build a good relationship with other members ofthe congregation. The niethod that will be used in research is qualitative reseacrh methods through literature review, observation and interviews and analysis. The number of informants in this study was ten people, one pastor, four assemblies, and five ntembers of the fathers. Based on the results ofthe study, the authors conclude that the felloship of the fathers in the Toraja church ofthe Elim Ratte church has been carried out and the leader has tried to get the fathers involved in the activities carried out but the fathers themselves who do not yet have awareness in themselves.
