Abstract
Agustina Aman Marampa’ Title of the Thesis Critical Review of the Village Leadership Dynasty of the Hamlet in Pa’paelean Village. Guided by Mr. James A. Lola, M. Th as mentor I and Ms. Yelinda Sri Silvia, M. Th as mentor U. Dynasty Leadership is the presence of groups who want to hold on to power as the only way to strengthen the dynasty. The leadership dynasty shows that close relatives or family is a very appropriate tool to form a strong power, so that the power remains on his side by inheriting the power that has been owned to other people who have family relations. The research method used by the author in this study is a qualitative research method or literature study that examines sources related to the topic through interviews and observation. The author hopes that every reader can get an overview of the dynastic leadership. Specifically at Pa’paelean Village. At the end of this paper the author concludes that leadership dynasties are not only owned by aristocratic descendants, brave, or have positions for families and themselves. Government leaders have not maximally provided Services to their communities because they are more busy to enrich themselves and their families.
