Abstract

Sunday Lantun Paringanan (2020185715) judul “Evaluasi Kritis terhadap Program Keluarga Harapan Menurut Model Praksis Di Desa Paccerakang.” Tulisan ini bertujuan melihat bagaimana Evaluasi Kritis terhadap Program Keluarga Harapan Menurut Model Praksis secara khusus di Desa Paccerakang. hal ini karena PKH merupakan salah satu program penanggulangan kemiskinan dan perlindungan sosial berupa bantuan dana tunai dan non tunai kepada rumah tangga sangat miskin (RTSM). Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara lapangan. Penulis menemukan bahwa PKH di desa Paccerakang dengan jelas telah mengambil tindakan namun dengan indikator evaluasi yang dilakukan penulis yakni; Efektifitas, Efisiensi, Kemerataan, Kecukupan dan Ketepatan Sasaran belum disertakan dengan sebuah refleksi menurut model praksis yang mengedepankan Aksi atas refleksi dalam membawa perubahan sosial sehingga PKH hanya terkesan formalitas yang dijalankan dan mengakibatkan proses pelaksanaan PKH belum berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan tujuan PKH dengan harapan untuk memecahkan masalah klasik yang dihadapi RTSM. Kata Kunci : Kemiskinan, Program Keluarga Harapan, Model Praksis. Sunday Lantun Paringanan (2020185715) Title “Critical Evaluation of the Family Hope Program According to the Praxis Model in Paccerakang Village” This paper aims to see how the Critical Evaluation of the Family Hope Program According to the Praxis Model specifically in Paccerakang Village. This is because PKH is a poverty reduction and social protection program in the form of cash and non-cash assistance to very poor households (RTSM). By using qualitative research methods with field interview techniques. The author found that PKH in Paccerakang village had clearly taken action but with the evaluation indicators carried out by the author, namely; Effectiveness, Efficiency, Evenness, Adequacy and Accuracy on Target have not been included with a reflection according to a praxis model that prioritizes Action on reflection in bringing about social change so that PKH only seems a formality that is being carried out and resulted in the PKH implementation process not going well in accordance with PKH's goals with the hope that solves the classic problem that RTSM faces.
