Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis penatalayanan ibadah di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Rante Pasang serta kaitannya dengan pertumbuhan spiritualitas jemaat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman teologis tentang penatalayanan sudah ada, tetapi penerapannya belum efektif karena koordinasi pelayanan terbatas, model tradisional dan kontemporer belum terintegrasi, serta kepemimpinan masih bercorak tradisional dengan jumlah majelis yang terbatas. Partisipasi jemaat, khususnya pemuda, terlihat dalam musik, cantoria, dan doa, namun masih sebatas fungsi teknis. Spiritualitas jemaat bertumbuh melalui ibadah dan pelayanan, tetapi belum maksimal karena pelayanan belum sepenuhnya terarah dan partisipatif. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penatalayanan yang tertata baik merupakan sarana penting bagi pembinaan iman dan pertumbuhan rohani jemaat. Kata kunci: penatalayanan ibadah, pertumbuhan spiritualitas. ABSTRACT This study analyzes the stewardship of worship in the Toraja Church, Rante Pasang Congregation, and its relation to the spiritual growth of the congregation. The findings indicate that although a theological understanding of stewardship is present, its implementation has not been effective due to limited service coordination, the lack of integration between traditional and contemporary models, and leadership that remains traditional in character with a limited number of elders. Congregational participation, particularly among youth, is evident in music, cantoria, and prayer, but is still limited to technical functions. The congregation’s spirituality grows through worship and service, yet not optimally, as the ministry has not been fully directed and participatory. This study emphasizes that well-organized stewardship is an important means for nurturing faith and fostering the spiritual growth of the congregation.
