Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah masih terbatasnya pemahaman mengenai pengalaman perempuan sebagai ibu, istri, pekerja, dan pelayan gereja dalam membentuk kepemimpinan perempuan dalam pelayanan gereja. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan studi teologis terhadap teladan Alida Petronella van de Loosdrecht-Sizoo mengenai kepemimpinan perempuan dan motherhood bagi Persekutuan Wanita Gereja Toraja (PWGT) Jemaat Imanuel Teluk Lingga Sangatta. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori kepemimpinan perempuan, teori motherhood, dan pemikiran Dana L. Robert. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara terhadap enam informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perempuan PWGT menjalankan tanggung jawab sebagai ibu, istri, pekerja, dan pelayan gereja secara bersamaan. Pengalaman tersebut membentuk nilai kasih, tanggung jawab, pengorbanan, kesetiaan, dan ketahanan yang menjadi dasar kepemimpinan perempuan dalam pelayanan. Teladan Alida menunjukkan bahwa motherhood diwujudkan melalui kepedulian, pendampingan, dan kesetiaan dalam melayani sesama. Motherhood memiliki relevansi teologis dalam membentuk kepemimpinan perempuan yang berorientasi pada pelayanan dalam kehidupan keluarga, gereja, dan masyarakat. ABSTRACT The problem in this research is the limited understanding of women's experiences as mothers, wives, workers, and church servants in shaping women's leadership in church ministry. This study aims to describe the theological study of Alida Petronella van de Loosdrecht-Sizoo's example of women's leadership and motherhood for the Toraja Church Women's Fellowship (PWGT) of the Imanuel Teluk Lingga Sangatta Congregation. This study utilizes theories of women's leadership, motherhood, and the thinking of Dana L. Robert. The method used is qualitative research, with data collection techniques through observation and interviews with six informants. The results show that PWGT women carry out their responsibilities as mothers, wives, workers, and church servants simultaneously. These experiences shape the values of love, responsibility, sacrifice, loyalty, and resilience that form the basis of women's leadership in ministry. Alida's example demonstrates that motherhood is realized through caring, mentoring, and faithfulness in serving others. Motherhood has theological relevance in shaping service-oriented women's leadership in family, church, and community life. Keywords: Women's Leadership, Motherhood, Ministry, Women, Church.
