Abstract
ABSTRACT The Men’s Fellowship (Persekutuan Kaum Bapak/PKB) at Gereja Toraja Congregation of Kambuno has not been optimal in nurturing the spiritual lives of its members, as evidenced by the gap between formal attendance and substantive spiritual engagement. This research aims to identify the spiritual condition of PKB members and formulate a development model. The theoretical framework employs Andar Ismail’s integrative model (cognitive-affective-conative dimensions), Yakob Tomatala’s contextual-transformative model, and the sustainability principles of van Beek and Octavianus. Using a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with eight informants. Findings reveal that PKB programs remain predominantly cognitive and lack transformative elements; Torajan cultural values are underutilized; most members cannot lead family worship; and no structured leadership succession exists. This research proposes a three-pillar model: integrative, contextual, and sustainable. Keywords: Spirituality, Development, Contextualization, Integrative, Sustainable.
