Abstract

Meldiana Tottong. Studi Pendampingan Pastoral Terhadap Remaja yang Mengalami Krisis Identitas Di Jemaat Batukara: Perspektif Interdisipliner. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk pendampingan pastoral yang dilakukan Gereja Toraja Jemaat Batukara terhadap remaja yang mengalami krisis identitas akibat broken home serta dampaknya terhadap perkembangan identitas remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan Kesimpulan dengan uji keabsahan menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa remaja mengalami krisis identitas yang ditandai dengan rendahnya rasa percaya diri, kebingungan terhadap tujuan hidup, dan kecenderungan menarik diri dari lingkungan sosial. Gereja melakukan pendampingan pastoral melalui kunjungan rumah, percakapan pribadi, pemberian nasihat, doa, pendampingan individu, dan pendampingan kelompok. Pendampingan tersebut berdampak positif terhadap perkembangan identitas remaja, ditandai dengan meningkatnya keterbukaan, rasa percaya diri, dan keterlibatan dalam kegiatan gereja, meskipun proses pembentukan identitas belum sepenuhnya optimal. A Study of Pastoral Care for Adolescents Experiencing Identity Crisis In Batukara Congregalion: An Interdisciplinary Perspektive. This study aims to examine the forms of pastoral care provided by the Toraja Church Batukara Congregation for adolescents experiencing an identity crisis due to broken home conditions and its impact on theur identity development. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method. Date were collected through abservation, interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was ensured through triangulation. The findings og this study conclude that adolescents experience an identity crisis characterized by low self-confidence, confusion about life goals, and a tendency to withdraw from social interactions. The church provides pastoral care through home visits, personal conversations, counseling, player, individual mentoring, and group mentoring. These pastoral care efforts have a positive impact on adolescents’ identity development, as reflected in increased opnness, self-condifidence, and participation in church activities, although the identity formation process has not yet been fully achieved.
