Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pelayanan majelis gereja kepada anggota jemaat yang menikah beda agama di Gereja Protestan Indonesia Luwu Jemaat Togo. Majelis gereja melayani anggota jemaat yang menikah beda agama, dimana salah satunya ingin berpindah agama ke agama Kristen. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis sikap majelis gereja GPIL Jemaat Togo dalam pelayanan kepada anggota jemaat yang menikah beda agama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitati dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara semi struktur terhadap majelis gereja dan anggota jemaat yang menikah beda agama. Teori yang digunakan adalah pendekatan pastoral dan Tata Gereja dan Rumah Tangga GPIL. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan majelis gereja kepada anggota jemaat yang menikah beda agama telah di wujudkan dalam berbagai bentuk termasuk, pembinaan, penggembalaan, perkunjungan, doa, dan pemberitaan firman Tuhan. Namun, majelis gereja kurang proaktif dalam memberikan pelayanan sehingga anggota jemaat merasa diabaikan. Kata kunci: Pelayanan, Majelis Gereja, Anggota Jemaat, Pernikahan Beda Agama. Abstract This study examines the church council's service to members of the congregation who are married to different faiths at the Indonesian Protestant Church of Luwu, Togo Congregation. The church council serves members who are married to different faiths, one of whom wishes to convert to Christianity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the attitudes of the GPIL Congregation Togo Church council in serving members who are married to different faiths. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and semi-structured interviews with the church council and members who are married to different faiths. The theories used were the pastoral approach and the Church and Household Governance of GPIL. The results of this study indicate that the church council's service to members who are married to different faiths has been manifested in various forms, including guidance, shepherding, visitation, prayer, and the proclamation of God's Word. However, the church council's lack of proactive service has led to members feeling neglected. Keywords: Service, Church Council, Congregation Members, Interfaith Marriage.
