Abstract

Lewiwanto Jalla 3020218466 Analisis Gaya Kepemimiana Transformasional Dalam Megembangkan Keterampilan Bermusik Keybiard Pemuda Gereja Kibaid Jemaat Buntu Lepong Menemukan Gaya Kepemiminan Transformasional. Penelitian ini di lakukan di bawa bimbingan bapak sepriadi bunga’. S.pd, M.Ag. sebagai pembimbing I dan bapak zefanya sambira, M. Pd sebagai pembimbing II Latar belakang penelitian ini bertitik tolak dari peran strategis Gereja KIBAID Jemaat Buntu Lepong dalam mengasah talenta musik kaum muda, khususnya dalam penguasaan instrumen keyboard. Meskipun para pemuda telah mengukir berbagai prestasi dan menjuarai kompetisi di tingkat lokal hingga regional , masih terdapat kesenjangan antara kemahiran teknis di panggung lomba dengan kesiapan mereka dalam menghadapi industri musik profesional serta kemandirian ekonomi di masa depan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatih musik belum seenuhnya menerapkan empat pilar kepemimpinan transformasional yang Pertama, Idealized Influence diterapkan melalui keteladanan langsung dalam hal kedisiplinan waktu serta peragaan praktik secara visual di atas instrumen. Kedua, Inspirational Motivation dilakukan dengan mentransformasikan orientasi bermusik dari sekadar hobi menjadi visi pelayanan spiritual yang transendental serta membangun rasa percaya diri pemuda. Ketiga Intellectual Stimulation diimplementasikan melalui pemberian tantangan progresif seperti eksplorasi variasi akor kompleks dan metode pemecahan masalah secara mandiri saat terjadi kesalahan teknis. Keempat, Individualized Consideration ditunjukkan lewat diferensiasi materi berdasarkan tingkat kecakapan pemula serta asistensi yang sabar terhadap hambatan motorik pemuda. Gaya kepemimpinan ini terbukti belum maksimal untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis, mengubah paradigma pemuda menjadi musisi yang mandiri dan inovatif, serta mengintegrasikan kompetensi teknis dengan pembentukan karakter dan spiritualitas pelayanan. Analysis of Transformational Leadership Style in Developing Keyboard Musical Skills of the Youth at KIBAID Church, Buntu Lepong Congregation. Under the supervision of Sepriadi Bunga’, S.Pd., M.Ag. as the first advisor and Zefanya Sambira, M.Pd. as the second advisor. This research was motivated by the gap between the musical competition achievements of the youth at KIBAID Church, Buntu Lepong Congregation, and their readiness to face the professional music industry as well as future economic independence. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the implementation of transformational leadership style in developing the youth's keyboard musical skills at the church. The research method used was qualitative, with data collection techniques consisting of participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the music instructor had not fully implemented the four pillars of transformational leadership. The dimension of idealized influence was applied through direct role modeling in time discipline and visual practice demonstrations on the instrument. Inspirational motivation was carried out by transforming the musical orientation from a mere hobby into a transcendental spiritual ministry vision and building the youth's self-confidence. Intellectual stimulation was implemented through progressive challenges, such as exploring complex chord variations and applying independent problem-solving methods when technical errors occurred. Meanwhile, individualized consideration was shown through material differentiation based on the beginner skill level and patient assistance toward the youth's specific motor difficulties. This leadership style was proven to be not maximized yet in creating a dynamic learning environment, changing the youth's paradigm into independent and innovative musicians, and integrating technical competence with character building and ministry spirituality.
