Abstract

DERRY VANDYA, 2020229382, 2026. Analisis Pendampingan Pastoral Bagi Jemaat Yang Tidak Aktif Dalam Tria Munera Ecclesiae Di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Ebenhaezer Omu. Skripsi program studi teologi Kristen fakultas teologi dan sosiologi agama Institute Agama Kristen Negeri (IAKN) Toraja. Pembimbing I Dr. Herman Titting, M.Pd.K. Pembimbing II Fajar Kelana, M.Th. Pendampingan pastoral merupakan bagian dari pelayanan gereja yang dilakukan untuk menolong seseorang yang sedang mengalami permasalahan. Pendampingan pastoral dilakukan oleh majelis gereja untuk menolong anggota jemaat yang sedang mengalami sebuah pergumulan hidup, salah satunya ialah masalah jemaat yang tidak aktif dalam melakukan tugas tanggung jawab tiga tugas panggilan gereja dalam bersekutu, bersaksi, dan melayani seperti yang terjadi di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Ebenhaezer Omu Klasis Sulawesi Tengah. Hal inilah yang hendak penulis lihat sejauh mana dampak pendampingan pastoral yang dilakukan majelis gereja terhadap anggota jemaat yang tidak aktif dalam bersekutu, bersaksi, dan melayani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran gereja dalam pendampingan pastoral bagi jemaat yang tidak aktif dalam melakukan tiga tugas panggilan gereja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan pastoral yang dilakukan majelis gereja belum sepenuhnya berdampak pada anggota jemaat yang tidak aktif. Supervisor II: Fajar Kelana, M.Th. Pastoral care is part of the church's ministry designed to help individuals experiencing problems. Pastoral care is provided by the church council to assist congregation members experiencing life struggles, one of which is the issue of inactive congregation members fulfilling their responsibilities as part of the church's three callings: fellowship, witnessing, and serving, as is the case at the Ebenhaezer Omu Congregation of the Toraja Church, Central Sulawesi Classis. This is the author's aim to examine the impact of pastoral care provided by the church council on congregation members who are not active in fellowship, witnessing, and serving. This study aims to determine the role of the church in pastoral care for congregation members who are not actively carrying out the three duties of the church's calling. This is a descriptive qualitative study using observation and interviews as data collection methods. The results indicate that pastoral care provided by the church council has not fully impacted inactive congregation members. Keywords: pastoral care, inactive congregation, Tria Munera Ecclesiae.
