Abstract
Riandi, NIRM 2020229165 dengan judul Skripsi “Dilema Spiritualitas Anak dari Orang Tua Beda Agama di GPIL Jemaat Kalatiri: Tinjauan Teologis Pastoral.” Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dilema spiritualitas yang dialami anak dari orang tua beda agama di GPIL Jemaat Kalatiri serta merumuskan strategi pendampingan pastoral yang relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan landasan teori perkembangan iman James W. Fowler dan teori pendampingan pastoral Howard Clinebell. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak dari orang tua beda agama mengalami kebingungan dalam memahami iman, pergumulan identitas spiritual, konflik loyalitas terhadap orang tua yang berbeda keyakinan, serta kesulitan membangun komitmen iman. Dilema tersebut dipengaruhi oleh kondisi keluarga, pola pembinaan iman, pengalaman hidup, dan lingkungan sosial. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa gereja perlu menghadirkan pendampingan pastoral yang kontekstual dan berkelanjutan agar anak mampu membangun identitas iman Kristen yang dewasa. ABSTRACT Riandi, NIRM 2020229165, with the thesis entitled “The Spirituality Dilemma of Children from Interfaith Parents in GPIL Kalatiri Congregation: A Pastoral Theological Review.” This study aims to analyze the spiritual dilemmas experienced by children from interfaith families at GPIL Kalatiri Congregation and to formulate relevant pastoral care strategies. The study employed a qualitative approach based on James W. Fowler's theory of faith development and Howard Clinebell's theory of pastoral care. Data were collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and library research, and were analyzed using data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and verification. The findings indicate that children from interfaith families experience confusion in understanding their faith, struggles with spiritual identity, conflicts of loyalty toward parents of different religions, and difficulties in developing a firm commitment to their faith. These dilemmas are influenced by family conditions, patterns of faith formation, life experiences, and the social environment. The study concludes that the church needs to provide contextual and continuous pastoral care to help children develop a mature Christian identity and grow spiritually.
