Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya peran pemberdayaan PKK dalam pelaksanaan rambu solo' di Lembang Sereale, khususnya akibat minimnya keterlibatan aktif ketua PKK di lapangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peran pemberdayaan PKK dalam pelaksanaan rambu solo' di Lembang Sereale. Teori dasar yang digunakan adalah teori pemberdayaan masyarakat Jim Ife yang mencakup strategi pemberdayaan melalui perencanaan dan kebijakan, aksi sosial, serta pendidikan dan pertumbuhan kesadaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan field research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran PKK telah berjalan sebagian melalui peran aktif kader dalam pelayanan, bantuan material, dan pembinaan perempuan, namun belum terwujud secara menyeluruh dan merata akibat lemahnya kepemimpinan ketua PKK sebagai penggerak utama organisasi. ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the suboptimal role of PKK empowerment in the implementation of rambu solo' in Lembang Sereale, particularly due to the limited active involvement of the PKK chairperson in the field. This study aims to analyze the empowerment role of PKK in the implementation of rambu solo' in Lembang Sereale. The theoretical framework applied is Jim Ife's community empowerment theory, encompassing empowerment strategies through planning and policy, social action, and education and consciousness raising. This research employs a qualitative method with a field research approach. The findings indicate that PKK's role has been partially carried out through the active contributions of cadres in service, material assistance, and women's development, yet it has not been fully and equitably realized due to the weak leadership of the PKK chairperson as the primary organizational driver.
