Abstract

Tradisi Ma’pangnganna adalah kebiasaan saling membantu di bidang pertanian dalam kehidupan masyarakat Bambangbuda. Salah satu sifat yang menjadi ciri khas dari tradisi ini adalah dimensi kebersamaan. Namun, oleh karena perubahan sosial yang dipengaruhi teknologi, memberi dekadensi terhadap tradisi ini. Masyarakat cenderung memiliki sikap individualis yang menyebabkan tradisi ini mulai pudar. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menggali makna esensial dari tradisi ini ditinjau dari perspektif teologis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa tradisi Ma’pangnganna memiliki landasan teologis ditinjau dari perspektif Imago Dei bahwa manusia sebagai gambar Allah berarti memiliki kemampuan untuk menjalin relasi dengan sesamanya. Ditinjau dari perspektif teologi kerja, pekerjaan dipandang sebagai kontribusi bagi kesejahteraan bersama. Ditinjau dari konsep teologi resiprositas, terdapat reaksi timbal balik yang menunjukkan kehadiran Allah dalam relasi kasih manusia yang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, tradisi Ma’pangnganna menjadi salah satu model berteologi kontekstual dengan menerapkan nilai-nilai teologis dari tradisi ini yang relevan dengan konteks kehidupan jemaat Bambangbuda masa kini. Kata Kunci: Teologi, Tradisi, Ma’pangnganna, Masyarakat Bambangbuda. ABSTRACT Abstract: The Ma'pangnganna tradition is a practice of mutual assistance in agriculture within the Bambangbuda community. One of the characteristics that characterizes of this tradition is the dimension of togetherness. However, social changes influenced by technology have led to decadence in this tradition. Society tends to adopt an individualistic attitude, causing this tradition to fade. This study was conducted to explore the essential meaning of this tradition from a theological perspective. The research method used was a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study indicate that the Ma'pangnganna tradition has a theological foundation from the Imago Dei perspective, which states that humans, as images of God, have the ability to establish relationships with others. From the perspective of theology of work, work is seen as a contribution to the common good. From the concept of theology of reciprocity, there is a reciprocal reaction that demonstrates God's presence in ongoing human relationships of love. Therefore, the Ma’pangnganna tradition serves as a model of contextual theology by applying theological values derived from this tradition that are relevant to the contemporary life context of the Bambangbuda congregation today.
