Abstract

Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ditemukan penulis di jemaat yaitu kurangnya perhatian terhadap ASM dalam ibadah lintas generasi. Sehingga Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi pelayanan dalam ibadah lintas generasi di Jemaat Durian. Menggunakan teori Peter Menconi, ibadah lintas generasi sebagai perjumpaan seluruh umat Allah sebagai satu tubuh Kristus. Penelitianini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancar, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan trategi pelayanan yang efektif meliputi penguatan relasi lintas generasi, pelibatan anak secara aktif melalui pendampingan terencana, dan perancangan liturgi inklusif yang ramah anak. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa ibadah lintas generasi merupakan strategi pelayanan holistik untuk membangun iman, relasi, dan keterlibatan semua generasi, sehingga memperkuat hubungan jemaat dan pewarisan iman. ABSTRACT Based on the problems identified by the author in the congregation, namely the lack of attention to ASM in intergenerational worship, this study examines service strategies in intergenerational worship at the Durian Congregation. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results indicate that effective service strategies include strengthening intergenerational relationships, actively involving children through planned mentoring, and designing inclusive, child-friendly liturgies. This study confirms that intergenerational worship is a holistic service strategy for building faith, relationships, and engagement across generations, thereby strengthening congregational relationships and the transmission of faith.
