Abstract

Nimbrot Toding La'bi': 3020175411, 2022. Judul skripsi: Implementasi Kepemimpinan Kristen pada Masa Pasca Pandemi Covid-19 di Lembang Balepe7. Pembimbing Roby Marrung, M.Th dan Stephani Intan M. Siallagan, M.Pd. Implementasi kepemimpinan Kristen sangatlah penting dalam melaksanakan tugas sebagai Kepala Lembang untuk lebih meningkatkan kemampuan dalam memimpin. Masyarakat Lembang Balepe7 yang merasakan bagaimana kinerja Kepala Lembang dalam memimpin terlebih khusus di masa pasca pandemi Covid-19. Dengan demikian, hal tersebut yang membuat penulis tertarik untuk mengkaji mengenai implementasi kepemimpinan Kristen pada masa pasca pandemi Covi-19 di Lembang Balepe'. untuk penelitian tersebut, penulis memakai teknik pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis untuk menggambarkan keadaan yang tcijadi di Lembang Balepe' dengan meliliat fakta-fakta melalui wawaiicuru dan observasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Lembang Balepe7, Kecamatan Malimbong Balepe', Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian orang berpendapat bahwa implementasi kepemimpinan Kristen Kepala Lcmbaiig di masa pandemi belum maksimal diterapkan namun sebagiaii orang berpendapat bahwa implementasi kepemimpinan Kristen kepala Lembang di masa pandemi sudah berjalem dengan baik. Sehingga masyarakat mengharapkan pemimpin yang tau keadaan masyarakatnya, melayani, transparan dan bermasyarakat. Kata kunci: Covid-19, Implementasi dan Kepemimpinan Kristen. The implementation of Christian leadership is very important in carrying out the duties as the Head of Lembang to further improve the ability to lead. The people of Lembang Balepe* who feel the performance of the Head of Lembang in leading, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Thus, this is what makes the writer interested in studying the implementation of Christian leadership during the Covid-19 pandemic in Lembang Balepe'. For this study, the author uses a qualitative approach with analytical methods to describe the conditions that occur in Lembang Balepe* by looking at the facts through interviews and observations. This research was conducted in Lembang Balepe', Malimbong Balepe* District, Tana Toraja Regency. The results of this study indicate that some people think that the implementation of Lembangs Christian leadership during the pandemic has not been maximally implemented, but some people think that the implementation of Lembang's Christian leadership during the pandemic has gone well. So that people expect leaders who know the state of their people, serve, are transparant and social. Keywords: Covid-19, Implementation and Christian Leadership.
