Abstract
MARTHINA KANAN(3020186269), tahun 2022 menyusun Skripsi dengan Judul Analisis Kultural Peran Ketua Adat di Lembang Makkodo, Kecamatan Simbuang. Dibawah bimbingan bapak Dr. Frans Paillin Rumbi, M.Th Selaku dosen pembimbing I dan ibu Masnawati, M.Pd selaku dosen pembimbing II. Skripsi ini di tulis karena penulis menemukan di lapangan tentang bagaimana peran ketua dalam resolusi konflik dengan cara ma'bisara yang teijadi di masyarakat, adapun metode yang digunakan penulis dalam Analisis ini yakni pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik studi kepustakaan, observasi wawancara, dan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah ketua adat, kepala lembang, dan tokoh masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis tentang peran ketua adat dalam menyelesaikan konflik yang terjadi didalam masyarakat dengan cara ma'bisaradi di Lembang Makkodo Kecamatan Simbuang. Metode penelitan yang digunakan dalam menyusun karya tulis ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang diperoleh datanya melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka, dan penyalinan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa ketua adat Sudah menjalankan tugasnya dengan cara menyelesaikan konflik secara kolaborasi, menghindari dan kompromi dengan cara mflTnsaradalammenganut nilai dan kebiasaan yang sudah dibentuk sebelumnya dalam masyarakat di Lembang Makkodo Kata Kunci: Ketua Adat, Resolusi Konflik, Ma'bisara ABSTRACT MARTHINA KANAN (3020186269), in 2022 compiled a Thesis entitled Cultura: Analysis of the Role of Traditional Leaders in Lembang Makkodo, Simbuang District. Under the guidance of Dr. Frans Paillin Rumbi, M.Th as supervisor I anc Mrs. Masnawati, M.Pd as supervisor II. This thesis was written because the author found out in the field about the role of the chairman in conflict resolution by means of ma’bisara that occurs in society. As for the method used by the author in this analysis, namely a qualitative approach with library research techniques, interview observations, and informants in this study were traditional leaders, heads of lembang, and community leaders. The research objective to be achieved in this study is to find out and analyze the role of traditional leaders in resolving conflicts that occur in the community by means of ma'bisaradi in Lembang Makkodo, Simbuang District. The research method used in compiling this paper is a qualitative research method which obtained data through interviews, observations, and literature studies, and data copying. Based on the results of the research, the author can conclude that the traditional leader has carried out his duties by collaboratively resolving conflicts, avoiding and compromising with the ma’bisara way in embracing the values and habits that have been formed previously in the community in Lembang Makkodo.
