Abstract

Semuel Joni (3020186142), menyusun skripsi dengan judul KONFLIK DALAM GEREJA dan sub judul Analisis Konflik Dan Resolusinya Terhadap Perpecahan Jemaat GBT Tariwan di Lembang Pali-orong Kecamatan Masanda Kabupaten Tana Toraja dengan dosen pembimbing I Dr. Ismail Banne Ringgi M.Th dan dosen pembimbing II Dr. Yonatan Sumarto M.Th. Judul tersebut dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil pengamatan penulis bahwa ada konflik yang terjadi di dalam Gereja Beth-El Tabernakel Jemaat Tariwan yang berujung kepada perpecahan gereja sehingga penulis merumuskan masalah Bagaimana Analisis Konflik dan Resolusinya Terhadap Perpecahan Jemaat GBT Tariwan di Lembang Pali-orong, Kecamatan Masanda, Kabupaten Tana Toraja dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Konflik dan Resolusinya Terhadap Perpecahan Jemaat Gereja GBT Tariwan di Lembang Pali-orong, Kecamatan Masanda, Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis ialah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan, dengan 10 informan diantaranya 2 pendeta (pendeta sekarang dengan pendeta yang terlibat konflik), 1 Jemaat GBT Kristus Pembela Pasapak, 4 Jemaat GBT Tariwan dan 3 Jemaat GBT Salu Minanga. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa benar adanya terjadi konflik di dalam gereja dengan dilatarbelakangi masalah transparansi pengunaan keuangan gereja yang menimbulkan konflik-konflik lain dari berbagai pihak di dalam gereja. Hasil temuan penulis juga merangkumkan bahwa konflik tersebut tidak ditindak-lanjuti sehingga GBT Tariwan berujung kepada perpecahan gereja. Berangkat dari hal tersebut penulis juga memberikan rekomendasi resolusi konflik yang harus dilakukan oleh GBT Tariwan apabila terjadi konflik yang serupa yaitu negoisasi dengan cara kompromi dan juga mediasi dengan cara kolaborasi serta penulis juga memberikan refleksi teologisnya dari permasalahan tersebut. ABSTRAK Semuel Joni (3020186142), Compiled a thesis with the title concflik in the church and subtitles analysis of concflik and its resolution againts the d i vision of the Tariwan GBT Conregation in Lembang Pali-orong, Masanda Sub-district, Tana Toraja District with the supervisor I Dr. Ismail Banne Ringgi M.Th and supervisor II Dr. Yonatan Sumarto M.Th. The title is motivated by the author's observation that there is a conflict that occurs in the church so that the author formulates the problem of how to anayze conflict and resolution agains the split of the GBT Tariwan congregation in Lembang Pali-orong, Masanda Sub-district, Tana Toraja District and for the purpose of this study is to analyze the conflict and resolution agains the split of the GBT Tariwan congregation in Lembang Pali-orong, Masanda Sub-district, Tana Toraja District. The research method used by the author is qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and literature study, with 10 informants including 2 pastors (current pastor with pastor involved in conflict), 1 GBT Tariwan congregation, 4 GBT Tariwan congregation and 3 GBT Salu Minanga congregation. The results of the study prove that it is true that there is a conflict within the church financial transparency which causes other conflicts from various parties in the church. The author's findings also summarize that the conflict was not followed up so that GBT Tariwan led to the devision of the church. Departing from this, the author also provides remommendations for conflict resolution that must be caried out by GBT Tariwan in the event of similar conflict that is negotiation by way of compromize and also mediation by means of collaboration and the author also provides his theological reflection on the problem.
