Abstract

Indah Putri Massa, Nirm: 3020175406 menulis skripsi dengan judul " Fenomenologi Kepemimpinan Ibu Tunggal Di Lingkungan Kalosi, Lemo, Kecamatan Makale Utara" yang di bimbing oleh bapak Yohanes Krimantyo Susanta, M.Th dan ibu Yelinda Sri Silvia, M.Th Setiap orang tidak pernah berharap menjadi orang tua tunggal, keluarga lengkap pasti idaman setiap orang ketika berumah tangga. Pada kenyataannya, kondisi ideal tersebut tidak selamanya dapat dipertahankan atau di wujudkan. Banyak dari orang tua khususnya ibu tunggal karena kondisi tertentu mengasuh, membesarkan, mendidik, dan menafkahi anaknya sendiri. Penelitian ini memakai tipe penelitian kualitatif dengan memakai pendekatan fenomenologis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepemimpinan seorang ibu tunggal dalam merawat dan menafkahi anaknya seorang diri di Lingkungan Kalosi, Lemo, Kecamatan Makale Utara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kepimpinan seorang Ibu dirasa kadang berhasil atau tidak berhasil karena karena tidak bisa memberikan kasih sayang seprti keluarga yang lengkap. Kepemimpinan seorang Ibu akan dilihat berhasil atau tidaknya dari cara ank-anaknya bertingkah. Bisa dipahami bahwa segala bentuk tindakan yang dilakukan oleh seorang anak di lingkungan keluarga ataupun di dalam pergaulannya di masyarakat pada dasarnya sangat dipengaruhi oleh bagaimana kondisi keluarga. ABSTRACT Indah Putri Massa, Nirm: 3020175406 wrote a thesis entitled "Phenomenology of Single Mother Leadership in Kalosi Neighborhood, Lemo, North Makale District" which was guided by Mr. Yohanes Krimantyo Susanta, M.Th and Mrs. Yelinda Sri Silvia, M.Th. Everyone never expects to be a single parent, a complete family must be everyone's dream when they settle down.In reality, those ideal conditions are not always refutable. Many parents, especially single mothers, due to certain conditions nurture, raise, educate, and provide for their own children. This research uses a qualitative type of research using a phenomenological approach. The purpose of this study was to find out how a single mother is leadership in caring for and providing for her child alone in Kalosi Neighborhood, Lemo, North Makale District. The result of this study is that the leadership of a mother is felt to be sometimes successful or unsuccessful because she cannot provide affection like a complete family. A Mother's leadership will be seen as successful or not from the way her children behave. It can be understood that all forms of actions carried out by a child in the family environment or in his association In society, i t is basically very influenced by how the family conditions are.
