Abstract

Riska Bungin, 2025, penulis mengangkat judul Analisis Misi Pastoral Care Terhadap Peningkatan Fellowship Involvement Anggota Persekutuan Pemuda Gereja Toraja Jemaat Balalo’. Karena penulis ingin melihat bagaimana situasi dan kondisi di jemaat Balalo’ Klasis Sangalla’ Selatan. Penulis ingin melihat bagaimana pastoral care terhadap peningkatan persekutuan pemuda. Penggembalaan merupakan sebuah istila yang paling terkenal untuk menggembarkan pelayanan pastoral. Pelayanan pastoral merupakan upaya untuk memberikan bimbingan, dukungan dan pendampingan terhadap seseorang. Dalam pelayanan pastoral juga terdapat pemberitaan injil. Pendekatan yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan, menggunakan referensi yang berkaitan dengan topik yang diangkat dan menggunakan studi lapangan, melalui observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penulis, pendeta dan majelis gereja telah melakukan pendampingan pastoral bagi pemuda. Bentuk pendampingan yang diberikan yaitu memberikan perhatian, motivasi, penyampian firman Tuhan, dan nasehat-nasehat. Kata kunci : Misi, Pastoral care, Fellowship involvement ABSTRACK Riska Bungin, 2025, the author refers to the titled Analysis of the Pastoral Care Mission on Increasing the Fellowship Involvement of the PPGT Jemaat Balalo’. Because the author wants to see what the situation and conditions are ini the Jemaat Balalo’. The author wants to see how sheperding pastoral care improves youth fellowship. Sheperding is the most well-known term to describe pastoral care. Pastoral care an effort to provide guidance, support, and companionship to an individual. In pastoral care, there is the sharing of the gospel. The approach used by the author in this research is a qualitative approach through literatur study, utilizing references related to the chosen topic and field study through observation and interviews. Based on the research findings, the pastor and church counsil have provided pastoral care for the youth. The forms of support given include attention, motivation the delivery of God’s word and guidance. Keyword : Mission, Pastoral Care, Fellowship Involvement.
