Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan dalam relasi pernikahan menjadi isu yang semakin kompleks di tengah kehidupan jemaat sekarang, termasuk di lingkungan Jemaat Gasing. Perselisihan berkepanjangan, krisis kepercayaan, dan ketidakhadiran nilai kasih yang sejati seringkali berujung pada perpecahan rumah tangga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan merumuskan bagaimana keteladanan kasih Nabi Hosea dapat menjadi dasar teologis dan pastoral dalam proses pemulihan relasi pernikahan yang mengalami konflik di lingkungan Gereja Toraja Jemaat Gasing. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan yaitu metode kualitatif melalui metode studi kasus, penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara terhadap Pendeta, Majelis Gereja, dan pasangan yang pernah mengalami konflik pernikahan, observasi, serta kajian pustaka terhadap teks Alkitab dan literatur teologis. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis, Nabi Hosea tetap mengasihi Gomer meskipun dia berulang kali tidak setia dan melakukan pengkhianatan. Kasih Hosea adalah kasih yang tidak bergantung pada perilaku Gomer, namun semata-mata karena keputusan Hosea untuk mengasihi. Di Jemaat Gasing Klasis Mengkendek, terdapat beberapa kasus pernikahan yang mengalami masalah relasional yang membutuhkan pemulihan. Pemulihan hubungan antara Allah dan manusia, seperti yang dilambangkan oleh hubungan Hosea dan Gomer, tidak mungkin terjadi tanpa adanya pengampunan. Dalam pernikahan, pengampunan menjadi langkah pertama yang harus diambil untuk memulihkan hubungan yang retak. Teologi Kristen mengajarkan bahwa pengampunan adalah dasar pemulihan, baik dalam relasi dengan Allah maupun dengan sesama. ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the problems in marriage relationships that are becoming increasingly complex issues in the midst of today's congregation, including in the Gasing Congregation. Prolonged disputes, crises of trust, and the absence of true love values often lead to household breakdowns. The purpose of this study is to analyze and formulate how the Prophet Hosea's exemplary love can be a theological and pastoral basis in the process of restoring conflicted marriage relationships in the Toraja Church of the Gasing Congregation. The research method used by the author is a qualitative method through a case study method, this study involves interviews with Pastors, Church Councils, and couples who have experienced marital conflict, observations, and literature reviews of Bible texts and theological literature. From the results of the research conducted by the author, the Prophet Hosea continued to love Gomer even though she was repeatedly unfaithful and committed betrayal. Hosea's love is a love that does not depend on Gomer's behavior, but solely because of Hosea's decision to love. In the Gasing Congregation of the Mengkendek Classis, there are several cases of marriages experiencing relational problems that require recovery. The restoration of the relationship between God and man, as symbolized by the relationship between Hosea and Gomer, is impossible without forgiveness. In marriage, forgiveness is the first step that must be taken to restore a broken relationship. Christian theology teaches that forgiveness is the basis for restoration, both in relationships with God and with others.
