Abstract

Pemilihan topik ini berangkat dari pengamatan penulis tentang kondisi desa Riso sebagai desa toleransi antar umat beragama sehingga penulis dapat menyelesaikan skripsi dengan judul “Kajian Teologi Praktis Penerapan Moderasi Beragama Sebagai Pilar Kerukunan Masyarakat di Desa Riso”.Realitas mengatakan bahwa masyarakat di desa Riso harus menghidupi moderasi beragama dan sekaligus menjadikan itu sebagai pilar kerukunan masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis berusaha untuk mengetahui sejauh mana moderasi beragama ini diterapkan sebagai pilar kerukunan masyarakat setempat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi, lalu menganalisis data yang diperoleh. Dari hasil peneliotian menunjukkan bahwa moderasi beragama sepenuhnya belum dipahami oleh masyarakat setempat, tetapi tanpa disadari, masyarakat sudah menerapkan sebagian nilainya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penerapan moderasi beragama di Desa Riso mencerminkan integrasi antara nilai-nilai teologis Kristen dan praktik sosial masyarakat yang menjunjung tinggi toleransi, kasih, dan kerukunan. Kata kunci: Moderasi beragama, teologi praktis, kerukunan. ABSTRACT The selection of this topic is based on the author's observation of the condition of Riso village as a village of tolerance between religious communities so that the author can complete a thesis entitled "A Practical Theological Study of the Application of Religious Moderation as a Pillar of Community Harmony in Riso Village". Reality says that the people in Riso village must live religious moderation and at the same time make it a pillar of community harmony. In this study, the author tries to find out to what extent this religious moderation is applied as a pillar of harmony in the local community. The method used is a qualitative method through observation and interviews, then the data obtained is analyzed. The results of the study indicate that religious moderation is not fully understood by the local community, but without realizing it, the community has applied some of its values in everyday life. The application of religious moderation in Riso Village reflects the integration between Christian theological values and social practices of the community that uphold tolerance, love, and harmony.
