Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menghasilkan makna bagi religiusitas pemuda di Jemaat Dande Bulaan berdasarkan analisis teologis Amsal 27:17 dan tipe kepribadian menurut Erik Erikson. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan teologis-historis, melibatkan studi pustaka, observasi, dan wawancara mendalam dengan Majelis Gereja, Pengurus PPGT, Anggota PPGT, dan Warga Jemaat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas pemuda di Jemaat Dande Bulaan belum terbentuk secara utuh. Melalui integrasi makna teologis Amsal 27:17 dan teori kepribadian Erik Erikson, proses pembinaan pemuda dapat diarahkan pada pembentukan religiusitas yang lebih holistik melalui relasi yang saling menajamkan dan dukungan sosial yang mendorong eksplorasi iman serta keterlibatan aktif dalam pelayanan. ABSTRACT This study aims to generate meaning for youth religiosity in the Dande Bulaan Congregation based on theological analysis of Proverbs 27:17 and personality types according to Erik Erikson. The research method used is qualitative with a theological-historical approach, involving literature studies, observations, and in-depth interviews with the Church Council, PPGT Management, PPGT Members, and Congregation Members. The results of the study indicate that youth religiosity in the Dande Bulaan Congregation has not been fully formed. Through the integration of the theological meaning of Proverbs 27:17 and Erik Erikson's personality theory, the youth development process can be directed towards the formation of a more holistic religiosity through mutually sharpening relationships and social support that encourages the exploration of faith and active involvement in ministry.
