Abstract

Penelitian ini muncul dari kebutuhan akan model kepemimpinan Kristen yang tidak hanya efektif secara organisasi, tetapi juga matang secara spiritual dan emosional. Yusuf menjadi figur pemimpin yang relevan karena menunjukkan karakter pengampunan, kerendahan hati, daya tahan, dan kepedulian terhadap orang lain, bahkan dalam posisi berkuasa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali nilai-nilai kepemimpinan Yusuf dan menerapkannya dalam konteks pembinaan pemuda gereja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode eksposisi biblika dan wawancara terhadap tujuh informan dari jemaat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemuda perlu dibentuk melalui spiritualitas yang berakar, proses mentoring, ruang pelayanan kreatif, dan kaderisasi yang sehat agar mampu menjadi pemimpin yang mekar dan membawa pengaruh positif dalam komunitas gereja masa kini. ABSTRACT This study arose from the need for a Christian leadership model that is not only effective organizationally, but also spiritually and emotionally mature. Joseph became a relevant leader figure because he demonstrated the character of forgiveness, humility, resilience, and concern for others, even in a position of power. The purpose of this study is to explore Joseph's leadership values and apply them in the context of church youth development. This study uses a qualitative approach with the biblical exposition method and interviews with seven informants from the congregation. The results of the study indicate that young people need to be formed through rooted spirituality, mentoring processes, creative service spaces, and healthy cadre formation in order to be able to become blooming leaders and bring positive influences to today's church community.
