Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pandangan jemaat terhadap kepemimpinan pendeta perempuan di Jemaat Tando-Tando. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat anggota jemaat Tando-Tando yang meragukan kemampuan pendeta perempuan dalam memimpin, terutama dalam hal ketegasan dan pengambilan keputusan. Melalui pendekatan teologi feminisme yang dikemukakan oleh Rosemary Radford Ruether dan Elisabeth Schüssler Fiorenza, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kesetaraan gender dalam kepemimpinan gereja. Teologi feminisme mendorong pembacaan ulang teks-teks Alkitab secara baik dan membongkar struktur patriarkal yang membatasi perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pergeseran pandangan. sebagian jemaat Tando-Tando yang mulai menerima dan menghargai kepemimpinan perempuan berdasarkan kapasitas, panggilan, dan kasih dalam pelayanan. Kata Kunci: Teologi Feminsme, Pendeta Perempuan, Jemaat. ABSTRACT This study discusses the congregation's views on the leadership of female pas-tors in the Tando-Tando Congregation. The results of the study indicate that there are still members of the Tando-Tando congregation who doubt the ability of female pastors to lead, especially in terms of assertiveness and decision-making. Through the feminist theological approach put forward by Rosemary Radford Ruether and Elisa-beth Schüssler Fiorenza, this study emphasizes the importance of gender equality in church leadership. Feminist theology encourages a good rereading of biblical texts and dismantling patriarchal structures that limit women. The results of the study indicate a shift in views. Some Tando-Tando congregations are beginning to accept and appreciate female leadership based on capacity, calling, and love in service. Keyword: feminist theology, female pastors, congregation.
