Abstract

Aprilia Saruran (3020175505). Tahun 2022 menyusun Skripsi dengan judul Analisis Teologis Terhadap Kedudukan Perempuan Sebagai Pemimpin di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Sion Buntu Datu Klasis Bokin Pitung Penanian. Di bawah bimbingan Yohanes Krismantyo Susanta M.Th. dan Merry Adeng M.Pd. Partisipasi Perempuan perlu mendapat ruang dan kepercayaan dalam mengemban suatu tangung jawab dalam gereja guna memajukan gereja. Adanya budaya pembatsan terhadap kaum peremuan dalam gereja saat ini justru sangat mempengaruhi kemajuan gereja. Penulis tertarik membahas topik ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kedudukan perempun sebagai pemimpi di gereja Toraja Jemaat Sion Buntu Datu, kemudian penulis memberi solusi dari pendekatan kualitatif observasi. Dalam penelitian penulis menemukan ketimpangan dimana masih ada pembatasan terhadap kaum perempuan. Hal tersebut nampak dalam musyawarah dimana perempuan tidak lagi mengusulkan opsi karena tidak perna diperhitungan. Meskipun perempuan sudah di berikan kesempatan berbicara tetapi kembali lagi bahwa pendapat laki-laki yang lebih di utamakan. ABCTRACT Aprilia Saruran (3020175505). Under the guidance Of Yohanes Krismantyo Susanta M.Th and Merry Adeng M.Pd. Women’s participation needs to get space and trust in carrying out a responsibility within the church to advence the church. There is a culture of restrictions againt women in the today, it really affects the progress of the church. The outhor is intersted in discussing this topik with the aim of knowing how the pasttion of womwn as dreamers in the Toraja church of the Sion Buntu Datu Congregations,then the author a sulation from a qualitative observation approach. In the study the authors foud inquality where theree are still restrictions on women.this can be seen in the deliberations where women no longer propose options because they have not been taken into account. Even thoungh women have been given the apportunity to spek, it comes back that men’s opinions are prioritized. Inconclusion, men and women are created differently but essentially,where women have the right to accupy a full pastions in carrying a position in the church.
