Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pemanfaatan Artificial Intilligence dalam penafsiran Alkitab berdasarkan 2 Timotius 3:16-17 melalui pendekatan Gramatikal-Historis, dengan tujuan menganalisis konsep teologis pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence dalam penafsiran Alkitab berdasarkan pada 2 Timotius 3:16-17. Penelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan penggunaan Artificial Intelligence dalam Penafsiran Alkitab yang hanya sebagai alat bantu bukan untuk menggantikan Alkitab sebagai sumber utama kebenaran Firman Allah yang berkaca pada 2 Timotius 3 16-17. Dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi pustaka, dan tafsiran yang mendalam terhadap 2 Timotius 3:16-17, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Artificial Intelligence dapat menampilkan kemampuan menganalisis secara sistematis, cepat dan luas, namun tidak dapat menggantikan posisi Alkitab sebagai sumber utama kebenaran Firman Allah, sebagaimana telah ditekankan dalam 2 Timotius 3:16-17 bahwa Alkitab merupakan firman Allah yang memiliki tujuan mendidik, memperbaiki kelakuan, memperlengkapi orang percaya. Ayat ini telah menegaskan bahwa sumber utama kebenaran dan penafsiran tidak terletak pada metode atau teknologi melainkan terletak pada relasi spiritual antara manusia dan Allah melalui Roh Kudus. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Artificial Intelligence hanyalah alat bantu yang tidak dapat menggantikan otoritas illahi, peran Roh kudus, dan dimensi spiritual yang melekat dalam proses penafsiran Alkitab. Kata kunci: AI, Tinjauan, teologis, penafsiran, Alkitab, 2 Tim. 3:16-17.  ABSTRACT This study examines the use of Artificial Intelligence in Bible interpretation based on 2 Timothy 3:16-17 through a Grammatical-Historical approach, with the aim of analyzing the theological concept of the use of Artificial Intelligence in Bible interpretation based on 2 Timothy 3:16-17. This study departs from the problem of using Artificial Intelligence in Bible Interpretation which is only as a tool not to replace the Bible as the main source of the truth of God's Word which reflects on 2 Timothy 3 16-17. With a descriptive qualitative method through literature study, and an in-depth interpretation of 2 Timothy 3:16-17, this study found that Artificial Intelligence can display the ability to analyze systematically, quickly and broadly, but cannot replace the position of the Bible as the main source of the truth of God's Word, as emphasized in 2 Timothy 3:16-17 that the Bible is the word of God which has the purpose of educating, improving behavior, equipping believers. This verse has emphasized that the main source of truth and interpretation does not lie in methods or technology but lies in the spiritual relationship between humans and God through the Holy Spirit. Therefore, this study concludes that Artificial Intelligence is merely a tool that cannot replace divine authority, the role of the Holy Spirit, and the spiritual dimension inherent in the process of biblical interpretation.
