Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul "Analisis Urgensi Father Involvement Terhadap Pertumbuhan Iman Remaja Kristen di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Batusura Cabang Kebaktian Merrara" penelitian ini di latar belakangi karena kurangnya kehadiran anak remaja dalam ibadah setiap hari minggu di Cabang Kebaktian Merrara. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan melakukan analisis Urgensi Father Involvement Terhadap Pertumbuhan Iman Anak Remaja Kristen di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Batusura Cabang Kebaktian Merrara. Penelitian ini di dasarkan pada teori father involvement, dan pertumbuhan iman Remaja Kristen. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang didukung dengan cara menggali data melalui teknik dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini diketahui jika sebagian ayah di Cabang Kebaktian Merrara sudah terlibat langsung bersama anak dan sebagian juga masih belum terlibat langsung bersama anak di karenakan kesibukan ayah sehingga tidak meluangkan waktunya terlibat bersama anak. Kata kunci : Father Involvement, Pertumbuhan iman anak remaja Kristen. ABSTRACT This study is entitled "Analysis of the Urgency of Father Involvement on the Growth of Christian Teenagers' Faith in the Toraja Church, Batusura Congregation, Merrara Service Branch" this study was motivated by the lack of attendance of teenagers in worship every Sunday at the Merrara Service Branch. This study aims to analyze the Urgency of Father Involvement on the Growth of Christian Teenagers' Faith in the Toraja Church, Batusura Congregation, Merrara Service Branch. This study is based on the theory of father involvement, and the growth of Christian Teenagers' faith. This study used a descriptive qualitative method supported by collecting data through documentation, observation and interview techniques. The conclusion of this study is that some fathers at the Merrara Service Branch are already directly involved with their children and some are still not directly involved with their children because the father's busy schedule so that they do not take the time to be involved with their children. Keywords : father involvement, growth of christian teenagers' faith.
