Abstract

The Role of Spiritual Leadership in Answering Digital Challenges in the Era of Technology Disruption for Generation Z at Gereja Toraja Jemaat Londa is a form of actual work of concem and a manifestation of the author’s empathy for the phenomena that occur among Generation Z, especially in the Toraja Jemaat Londa Church, which is then poured into a work of the author’s Final Project Today, digital challenges that penetrate the world and the joints of youth life from various aspects have become a spccial concern. The church must be able to take a stance and concrete steps in answering digital challenges. As an essential aspect that Church leaders must possess, spiritual leadership is expected to answer the challenges and needs of Generation Z facing digital challenges. However, the final results of this study show that spiritual leadership in the Toraja Jemaat Londa Church has not been fol’y cHo to cnsv.’or dfg’ta! challenges bocause there are aspects that have not been fulfilled in the application of spiritual leadership. Despite this, spiritual leadership has excellent potential to answer digital challenges in Generation Z's era of icchnoiugicai d i si upuun.
