Abstract

Desir Hendri P (2020197070). Menyusun Skripsi Dengan Judul "Analisis Teologis Resolusi Konflik Ma'Bua Kalebu Sebagai Integrasi Sosial dan Implementasinya Bagi Masyarakat Di Seko Lemo. Ma'bua kalebu adalah musyawarah yang digunakan sebagai resolusi dari setiap konflik dan permasalahan. Pada musyawarah ini akan dihadiri oleh orang yang berkonflik atau orang bermasalah, masyarakat, dan tokoh adat untuk mencari solusi dan sebagai mediator pendamai. Musyawarah ini dilakukan di rumah tokoh adat yang dulunya dikenal dengan alang kasiajaran. Tokoh adat sebagai mediator memeriksa dengan teliti setiap konflik atau permasalahan yang terjadi dengan memperhatikan kebenaran, keadilan dan sisi kemanusiaan. Setiap konflik dan permasalahan dilakukan dengan musyawarah dan biasanya menjatuhkan denda kepada pihak yang bersalah. Dalam budaya Ma'bua kalebu denda yang diberikan kepada pihak yang bersalah merupakan simbol perdamaian dengan adanya prinsip tidak ada dendam kedua belah pihak yang berkonflik atau bermasalah. Tulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observadi dan wawancara. Data-data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan model resolusi dan manajemen konflik Boulding. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan makna ma'bua kalebu sebagai resolusi konflik dan permasalahan berjalan dengan baik untuk mempererat persatuan tanpa ada dendam dan ma'bua kalebu betul-betul dihidupi oleh masyarakat dengan adanya dampak positif yaitu kesehatan kesejahteraan masyarakat, tanaman dan hewan peliharaan dan dijadikan sebagai peradailan non litigasi. Mabua kalebu memiliki nilai-nilai kebersamaan, kejujuran, pengampunan dan keadilan. Kata-kata Kunci: Ma'bua kalebu, boulding, resolusi, perdamaian, permasalahan dan konflik. Compiled a thesis with the title "Theological Analysis of Ma'Bua Kalebu Conflict Resolution as Social Integration and Its Implementation for Communities in Seko Lemo. Ma'bua kalebu is a deliberation that is used as a resolution of every conflict and problem. At this deliberation will be attended by people who are in conflict or people with problems, the community, and traditional leaders to find Solutions and act as mediators of peace. This deliberation was held at the house ofa traditional leader who was formerly known as Alang Kasiajaran. Traditional leaders as mediators examine carefully every conflict or problem that occurs by paying attention to truth, justice and humanity. Every conflict and problem is resolved by deliberation and usually imposes fines on the guilty party. In the ma’bua culture, the fine given to the guilty party is a symbol of peace with the principle of no grudges from both parties in conflict or trouble. This paper uses a qualitative approach with observation and interview techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using the Boulding conflict resolution and management model. The results of the study show that the meaning of ma'bua kalebu as conflict resolution and problems goes well to strengthen unity without grudges and ma'bua kalebu is really lived by the community with positive impacts, namely public health, plants and pets and used as justice non litigation. Ma'bua kalebu has the values of togetherness, honesty, forgiveness and justice. Key Words: Ma'bua kalebu, boulding, resolution, peace, problems and conflicts.
