Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaiman pengaru pendampingan pastoral konseling ditengah-tengah jemaat,dengan sasaran utama adalah mereka yang mengalami kedukaan pasca kematian mendadak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di gereja Kristen Sulawesi Barat, Jemaat Bukit Sion Pelosian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Implemntasi Pastoral dalam konseling kedukaan berhasil mendampingi jemaat dalam menangani isu duka upnormal Data ini divalidasi lewat analisis kualitatif metode Tindakan dengan hasil bahwa terdapat indikasi Rasa duka yang mendalam dikalangkan jemaat yang sedang mengalami kedukaan pasca kematian yang dialaminya. Hasil analisis analis kualitatif menunjukan bahwa pentingnya menyediakan para konselor karena dapat mengidentifikasi dan memahami gejala duka yang berkepanjangan. Secara keseluruhan kita dapat melihat pentingnya integrasi pastoral konseling dalam menciptakan gereja yang sehat dan, karena mampu mengidentifikasi dan menangani gejala duka unfinishing grief. Kata kunci: Pastoral dan konseling, kematian mendadak . ABSTARCT This study aims to see how the influence of pastoral counseling accompaniment in the midst of the congregation, with the main target being those who experience grief after sudden death. This study was conducted at the West Sulawesi Christian Church, the Bukit Sion Pelosian Congregation. The results of the study showed that the Implementation of Pastoral in grief counseling succeeded in accompanying the congregation in dealing with the issue of abnormal grief. This data was validated through qualitative analysis of the Action method with the result that there was an indication of deep grief among the congregation who were experiencing grief after the death they experienced. The results of the qualitative analysis showed that it was important to provide counselors because they could identify and understand the symptoms of prolonged grief. Overall, we can see the importance of integrating pastoral counseling in creating a healthy church and, because it is able to identify and handle the symptoms of unfinishing grief.
