Abstract
INTAN. Analisis Etika Kristen dalam Kepemimpinan Struktur Sosial Masyarakat Seko: Suatu Studi Etika dalam Pendidikan Agama Kristen (Dr. Selvianti, M.Th dengan Tri Oktavia Hartati Silaban, Ph.D) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan etika Kristen dalam kepemimpinan struktur sosial masyarakat Seko, dengan fokus pada peran pendidikan agama Kristen dalam membentuk karakter pemimpin yang beretika. Dalam konteks masyarakat Seko yang plural, nilai-nilai etika Kristen, seperti kasih, keadilan, dan kerendahan hati, menghadapi tantangan ketika dihadapkan dengan norma-norma adat lokal. Melalui metode kualitatif, penelitian ini menggali pandangan tokoh pemimpin, majelis gereja, dan masyarakat setempat tentang integrasi nilai-nilai tersebut dalam kepemimpinan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan Kristen berbasis pelayanan menjadi model yang ideal untuk menjaga harmoni sosial dan memperkuat struktur masyarakat, meskipun memerlukan pendekatan yang bijaksana untuk mengatasi konflik budaya dan agama. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan pendidikan agama Kristen yang kontekstual dan kolaborasi antara pemimpin Kristen dan tokoh adat guna menciptakan kepemimpinan yang inklusif dan relevan. Analysis of Christian Ethics in the Leadership of Social Structure of Seko Society: A Study of Ethics in Christian Religious Education (Dr. Selvianti, M.Th with Tri Oktavia Hartati Silaban, Ph.D) This study analyzes the application of Christian ethics in the leadership of the social structure of the Seko community, focusing on the role of Christian religious education in shaping the character of ethical leaders. In the context of the pluralistic Seko community, Christian ethical values, such as love, justice, and humility, face challenges when confronted with local customary norms. Through qualitative methods, this study explores the views of leaders, church councils, and local communities on the integration of these values in leadership. The results of the study indicate that service-based Christian leadership is an ideal model for maintaining social harmony and strengthening community structures, although it requires a wise approach to address cultural and religious conflicts. This study recommends strengthening contextual Christian religious education and collaboration between Christian leaders and customary leaders to create inclusive and relevant leadership.
