Abstract

ABSTRAK Hanastasya Patulak (2020207887) dengan judul skripsi “Kajian Teologis terhadap Peran Pendeta dalam Mengembangkan Perekonomian Warga Gereja Toraja Jemaat Sikamase Klasis Wotu” di bawah bimbingan Andres Barata Yudha, Ph.D., selaku Pembimbing I dan Rinaldus Tanduklangi, M.Pd., selaku Pembimbing II. Pembahasan dalam skripsi ini menggali tentang pemahaman konsep Peran Pendeta sebagai pemimpin entrepreneur sebagai salah satu media dalam menumbuhkan perekonomian jemaat yang secara khusus dapat mengembangkan perekonomian warga secara khusus warga Jemaat Sikamase, Klasis Wotu. Penulis memulai tulisan dengan alasan-alasan yang melatar belakangi disusunnya tulisan ini serta manfaat dan tujuan yang hendak dicapai dari penelitian yang dilakukan. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam karya tulis ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep pentingnya peran pendeta sebagai pemimpin dalam jemaat untuk mengembangkan serta menumbuhkan perekonomian jemaat sesuai dengan Firman Tuhan dan yang tentunya berpadanan pada karakteristik seorang pemimpin secara khusus pendeta sebagai pemimpin di tengah-tengah jemaat. Selanjutnya dalam tulisan ini, penulis membahas mengenai landasan teori yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang diangkat dalam hal ini peran pendeta sebagai pemimpin entrepreneur di tengah-tengah jemaat. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Cara penyajian datanya adalah melakukan penelitian di lapangan kemudian data-data tersebut disajikan dan dideskripsikan dalam karya tulis ini. Hasil penelitian tersebut kemudian dianalisis karena merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari landasan teori dan juga hasil penelitian. Kata Kunci: Entrepreneur, Gereja, Peran Pendeta, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Kepemimpinan ABSTRAC Hanastasya Patulak (2020207887) with the thesis titled “The Theological Study of the Role of Pastors in Developing the Economy of the Toraja Church Community in Sikamase Parish, Wotu Classis” under the guidance of Andres Barata Yudha, Ph.d., as Advisor I, and Rinaldus Tanduklangi, M.Pd., as Advisor II. This thesis explores the understanding of the concept of the pastor's role as an entrepreneurial leader, which serves as a means to foster the economic growth of the congregation. Specifically, it focuses on the economic development of the members of the Sikamase Parish in the Wotu Classis. The author begins the paper by presenting the reasons that motivated the writing of this thesis, as well as the benefits and objectives of the research conducted. The aim of this work is to understand the importance of the pastor's role as a leader within the congregation in developing and fostering the church's economy in accordance with the Word of God and the characteristics expected of a leader, particularly the pastor, within the congregation. Furthermore, this paper discusses the theoretical foundations related to the problem addressed, namely the role of the pastor as an entrepreneurial leader within the congregation. The research adopts a qualitative approach, and the data is collected through field research. The findings are then presented and described in this paper. The results of the research are analyzed, as they are an integral part of the theoretical foundations and the overall research findings.
