Abstract

ABSTRAK Manajemen kewirausahaan oleh warga gereja merupakan hal yang baik dan penting untuk dilakukan. Dimana setiap potensi yang ada baik sumber daya alam maupun sumber daya manusia harus diperhatikan agar bisa dikelola dan memberikan dampak yang baik bagi perekonomian. Tuhan memberikan kepada manusia suatu perintah untuk memelihara dan mengelola potensi alam untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup mereka. Maka dari itu setiap individu harus mampu melihat hal demikian. Dalam penulisan skripsi ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kewirausahaan di jemaat Rarung Lameme masih perlu dikembangkan dan diperhatikan agar setiap potensi yang ada tidak terbengkalai dan bisa dikelola dengan baik. Kata Kunci : Ekonomi, management kewirausahaan, pertumbuhan ekonomi, warga jemaat, wirausaha. ABSTRACT Entrepreneurial management by church members is a good and important thing to do. Where every existing potential, both natural resources and human resources, must be considered so that it can be managed and have a good impact on the economy. God gave humans an order to maintain and manage natural potential to meet their living needs. Therefore, every individual must be able to see this. In writing this thesis, the author used qualitative research methods. The results of the research show that entrepreneurial management in the Rarung Lameme congregation still needs to be developed and paid attention to so that any potential that exists is not neglected and can be managed well. Humans in managing entrepreneurship must bring peace to both humans and other creatures. Keywords: economics, management of entrepreneurship, economic growth, congregation, entrepreneurial.
