Abstract
Abigael Karurung, (2020207802), menyusun skripsi ini dengan judul: Kajian Teologis Dogmatis Terhadap Pemaknaan Liturgi dan Relevansinya bagi Gereja Toraja Jemaat Patongko Klasis Sa'dan. Dibawah bimbingan Bapak Semuel Tokam M.Th dan Bapak Andres Barata Yudha, Ph.D. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang pemaknaan liturgi secara teologis, dengan maksud dapat memberi pemahaman baru tentang cara pandang pemaknaan Liturgi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif yang mendeskripsikan pemaknaan liturgi secara teologis. Hal ini dilakukan karena seringkah Jemaat Patongko memhami liturgi sebagai sebatas susunan ibadah yang hanya dilakukan dalam prosesi ibadah dan mengnggap pelaku utamanya hanya petugas ibadah. Oleh sebab itu penulis berupaya menguraikan makna liturgi secara teologis, bahwa liturgi sebenarnya bukan hanya tentang susunan akta-akta yang dipraktekkan dalam gereja, melainkan suatu perayaan yang harus berlanjut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang harus dilakukan oleh semua umat. Pada akhir tulisan ini penulis menyimpulkan bahwa liturgi merupakan hasil refleksi dari teologis dari apa yang terjadi pada masa lampau yaitu karya penyelamatan Yesus Kristus. Itulah yang terus dirayakan dalam kehidupan kristiani. Bukan hanya dalam ibadah serimonial tetapi terus mengalir dalam keseharian umat untuk tetap menjaga persekutuan dengan Kristus. Dan ini harus mewujudnyata lewat perbuatan. Under the guidance ofMr. Semuel Tokam M.Th and Mr. Andres Barata Yudha, Ph.D. This research aims to discuss the theological meaning of liturgy, with the aim of providing a new understanding of the perspective on the meaning of liturgy. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive research method that describes the theological meaning of liturgy. This is done because the Patongko congregation often understands the liturgy as limited to an arrangement ofworship that is only carried out in worship processions and considers the main perpetrators to be only worship officials. Therefore, the author tries to explain the meaning of liturgy theologically, that liturgy is actually not only about the arrangement of deeds that are practiced in the church, but rather a celebration that must continue in everyday life and must be carried out by all people. At the end of this article the author concludes that the liturgy is the result of a theological reflection of what happened in the past, namely the saving work of Jesus Christ. That is what continues to be celebrated in Christian life. Not only in ceremonial worship but it continues to flow in the daily lives of the people to maintain fellowship with Christ. And this must become a reality through action.
