Abstract
ABSTRAK Ririn Prisilia (2020207997) dengan judul skripsi “Evaluasi Kompetensi Mengajar Guru Sekolah Minggu dalam Tugas Pemuridan di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Ukka”, di bawah bimbingan Dr. Joni Tapingku, M.Th. selaku pembimbing I dan Yohanes Krismantyo Susanta, M.Th. selaku pembimbing II. Melihat realitas pelayanan Guru Sekolah Minggu kepada Anak Sekolah Minggu yang tidak mencerminkan suatu Pemuridan yang tepat, telah menjadi suatu tanda tanya, apa yang menjadi kekurangan dalam pelayanan SMGT. Gereja Toraja membentuk pelayanan Sekolah Minggu dengan visi membawa anak-anak mengakui Yesus Kristus itulah Tuhan dan Juruselamat. Melalui evaluasi kompetensi mengajar, akan memperlihatkan kekurangan dan kekeliruan dalam mengajar yang akan menimbulkan kesadaran untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mengajar Guru Sekolah Minggu, baik oleh Gereja maupun Guru Sekolah Minggu sendiri. Kelak Guru Sekolah Minggu dapat menolong anak-anak dapat mencapai tujuan pelayanan SMGT dengan benar, karena Sekolah Minggu bukan saja wujud pelayanan kepada umat-Nya, tetapi pertanggungjawaban pelayanan kepada Allah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif deskriptif, yang berguna untuk mengetahui secara deskriptif kemampuan, keterampilan, dan pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh Guru Sekolah Minggu Jemaat Ukka’ dan memberikan evaluasi terkait kekeliruan dan kekurangan dalam pelayanan yang dilakukan. Evaluasi yang dihasilkan yaitu kewajiban Majelis Gereja bahkan Pendeta terlibat dalam pelayanan SMGT sebagai suatu pendampingan, pelatihan lanjutan Guru Sekolah Minggu (Pelatihan CeriaA), pembenahan jadwal persiapan bersama dan bimbingan rutin bagi Guru Sekolah Minggu, serta pelaksanaan disiplin rohani bagi Guru Sekolah Minggu melalui aktifitas PA, dan GCA. Kata kunci: Guru Sekolah Minggu, kompetensi, evaluasi, pemuridan ABSTRACT Ririn Prisilia (2020207997) with the thesis title "Evaluation of Sunday School Teachers' Teaching Competencies in Discipleship Duties in the Toraja Church Ukka Congregation", under the guidance of Dr. Joni Tapingku, M.Th. as supervisor I and Yohanes Krismantyo Susanta, M.Th. as supervisor II. Seeing the reality of Sunday School Teacher service to Sunday School Children which does not reflect proper Discipleship, it has become a question mark as to what is lacking in SMGT's service. The Toraja Church formed a Sunday School service with the vision of bringing children to recognize that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior. Through teaching competency evaluation, it will show deficiencies and mistakes in teaching which will raise awareness to improve the teaching competency of Sunday School Teachers, both by the Church and Sunday School Teachers themselves. In the future, Sunday School Teachers will be able to help children achieve the goals of SMGT service correctly, because Sunday School is not only a form of service to His people, but also an accountability service to God. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which is useful for descriptively finding out the abilities, skills and knowledge possessed by Ukka' Congregation Sunday School Teachers and providing evaluations regarding errors and deficiencies in the services provided. The resulting evaluation is the obligation of the Church Council and even the Pastor to be involved in SMGT services as a mentor, further training for Sunday School Teachers (CeriaA Training), improving the joint preparation schedule and routine guidance for Sunday School Teachers, as well as implementing spiritual discipline for Sunday School Teachers through PA activities and GCA.
