Abstract

Setiap individu memiliki kepribadian yang berbeda-beda seperti kepribadian introvert. Introvert merupakan kepribadian yang cenderung pendiam, lebih suka berteman dengan sedikit teman dan sukar berhubungan dengan orang banyak. Kepribadian ini dapat dipicu oleh beberapa faktor. PPGT yang berkepribadian introvert dapat terlibat dalam pelayananan di gereja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu; Untuk mengetahui bagaimana faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepribadian Introvert PPGT dan bagaimana keterlibatannya dalam sepelayanan di Gereja. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengunakan metode penelitia kualitatif yang didukung berbagai sumber yaitu, buku referensi, wawancara, dan teknik analisis data. Temuan dari penelitian ini yaitu faktor-faktor penyebab munculnya kepribadiab pada PPGT yang ada di Jemaat Balatu, yaitu faktor genetik dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini juga menemukan tantangan yang dialami PPGT introvert dalam keterlibatan pelayanandi gereja, serta strategi yang digunakan untuk menyesuaikan diri dalam pelayanan. Each individual has a different personality, such as an introverted personality. An introvert is a personality who tends to be quiet, prefers to make friends with a few friends and has difficulty connecting with many people. This personality can be triggered by several factors. PPGTs who have introverted personalities can be involved in church services The aim of this research is, to find out the factors that influence the introverted PPGT personality and how involved they are in service in the church. In this research, the author used qualitative research methods supported by various sources, namely, reference books, interviews, and data analysis techniques The findings from this research are the factors that cause the emergence of personality in the PPGT in the Balatu Congregation, namely genetic and environmental factors. This research also discovered the challenges experienced by introverted PPGTs in their involvement in church ministry, as well as the strategies they used to adapt to ministry
