Abstract
Abstrak Pelaksanaan tradisi ma’sarrin-sarrin yang dilakukan oleh orang Pana Nosu di Jemaat Filadelfia Kakullasan karena adanya asumsi pembatasan terhadap kegiatan masyarakat sebagai dampak jika tidak melakukan tradisi ma’sarrin-sarrin sebelum pelaksanaan acara rambu tuka’. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara teologis nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam pelaksanaan tradisi ma’sarrin-sarrin dan implikasinya bagi kehidupan kekristenan di jemaat Filadelfia Kakullasan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnometodologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan analisis terhadap tradisi ma’sarrin-sarrin di Jemaat Filadelfia Kakullasan. Hasil penelitian menemukan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam tradisi ma’sarrin-sarrin di jemaat Filadelfia Kakullasan seperti nilai penghormatan kepada mendiang, kebersamaan, kekeluargaan, gotong royong, serta secara teologis tersirat nilai pengudusan diri yang dimaknai pada setiap pelaksanaan tradisi ma’sarrin-sarrin. Kata Kunci: Teologis, Tradisi, Ma’sarrin-sarrin. Abstract The implementation of the ma'sarrin-sarrin tradition is carried out by the Pana Nosu people in the Filadelfia Kakullasan Congregation because of the assumption that there are restrictions on community activities as a result of not carrying out the ma'sarrin-sarrin tradition before holding the tuka' sign event. This research aims to analyze theologically the values contained in the implementation of the ma'sarrin-sarrin tradition and its implications for Christian life in the Filadelfia Kakullasan congregation. The research method used is a qualitative research method with an ethnomethodological approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and analysis of the ma'sarrin-sarrin tradition in the Filadelfia Kakullasan Congregation. The results of the research found the values contained in the ma'sarrin-sarrin tradition in the Filadelfia Kakullasan congregation, such as the value of respect for the deceased, togetherness, kinship, mutual cooperation, as well as theologically implied the value of self-sanctification which is interpreted in every implementation of the ma'sarrin-sarrin tradition.
