Abstract

ABSTRAK Penulis mengkaji topik ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pengamatan penulis di Jemaat Siloam Tete Uri’ melihat bahwa masa konflik tahun 2011-2021 pertumbuhan iman jemaat sangat merosot, dilihat dari menurunnya keaktifan jemaat dalam mengikuti ibadah. Relasi antar jemaat kurang baik, terbentuknya dua kelompok dalam jemaat, dan sebagainya. Untuk itu tujuan penulis melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan iman jemaat pasca konflik tahun 2011-2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif, dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis, menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan iman Jemaat Siloam Tete Uri’ pasca konflik tahun 2011-2021 mulai membaik hal tersebut ditinjau dari keaktifan jemaat dalam mengikuti ibadah atau persekutuan, membangun relasi yang baik antar jemaat maupun masyarakat, hidup saling mengasihi antar jemaat, serta bersatunya kembali Jemaat Siloam Tete Uri’. Namun juga ada beberapa yang kurang pertumbuhan imannya, dilihat dari masih menyimpan dendam akibat konflik yang terjadi. ABSTRACT The author examines this topic based on the author's observations at the Siloam Tete Uri' Congregation, seeing that during the 2011-2021 conflict, the growth of the congregation's faith greatly declined, as seen from the decline in the congregation's activeness in participating in worship services. Relations between congregations are not good, two groups are formed within the congregation, and so on. For this reason, the author's aim is to conduct research to determine the growth of congregational faith after the 2011-2021 conflict. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method, using observations and interviews. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, it shows that the growth of the faith of the Siloam Tete Uri' Congregation after the 2011-2021 conflict has begun to improve, this is seen from the congregation's activeness in participating in worship or fellowship, building good relationships between the congregation and the community, living in love with each other. between congregations, as well as the reunion of the Siloam Tete Uri' Congregation. However, there are also some who lack growth in their faith, seen from the fact that they still hold grudges due to the conflict that occurred. Keywords: Faith Growth, Post-Conflict, Relationships
