Abstract
Khelly Tulali Momba’. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui studi komparatif kepemimpinan Aluk Todolo dan kepemimpinan Kekristenan dalam ritual Ma’nene’ di Kecamatan Awan Rante Karua. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang merupakan cara atau langkah-langkah sistematis yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasikan data dalam suatu studi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, analisis dan interpretasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian penulis menarik kesimpulan bahwa studi ini menggambarkan perbedaan esensial antara kepemimpinan Aluk Todolo dan kepemimpinan Kekristenan dalam menjalankan ritual Ma’nene’ di Kecamatan Awan Rante Karua. Pemimpin Aluk Todolo memiliki peran penting dalam melestarikan tradisi luhur dan hubungan spiritual dengan leluhur, sementara pemimpin Kristen berfokus pada integrasi nilai-nilai Alkitab dan penghormatan terhadap leluhur dalam konteks kekristenan. Meskipun berbeda dalam sumber kekuasaan dan pendekatan interpretasi, keduanya memiliki peran penting dalam mempertahankan makna ritual dalam masyarakat, memastikan kelangsungan spiritual dan identitas budaya masyarakat. Khelly Tulali Momba’. This research aims to determine a comparative study of Aluk Todolo leadership and Christian leadership in the Ma’nene’ ritual in Awan Rante Karua District. The research method that the author uses is a qualitative method which is a systematic method or steps used to collect, analyze, and interpret data in a study. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, data analysis and interpretation, and drawing conclusions. From the research results, the author draws the conclusion that this study illustrates the essential differences between Aluk Todolo and Christian leadership in carrying out the Ma’nene’ ritual in Awan Rante Karua District. Aluk Todolo leaders have an important role in preserving noble traditions and spiritual relationships with ancestors, while Christian leaders focus on integrating Biblical values and respect for ancestors in the Christian context. Although they differ in sources of power and approaches to interpretation, both have an important role in maintaining the meaning of rituals in society, ensuring the spiritual continuity and cultural identity of the community.
