Abstract

ABSTRAK Skripsi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tindakan usaha mempertahankan hidup manusia untuk lebih lama menikmati kehidupan di dunia sehingga mempertanyakan batasan yang ditempuh manusia untuk mempertahankan hidupnya. Tulisan ini hendak menganalisis sejauh mana batasan manusia untuk mempertahankan hidup berdasarkan perspektif teologis etis yang kemudian menjawab persoalan-persoalan iman mengenai tindakan mempertahankan hidup dengan cara apapun untuk menghindari kematian bagi diri sendiri maupun orang lain yang dikasihi, yang apakah memang diperbolehkan untuk dilakukan atau tidak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif .Kemudian dari penelitan didapatkan hasil bahwa analisis film Badland Hunters pada karakter dokter Yang Gisu memang tindakan usaha mempertahan hidup, nanum cara yang ditempuh adalah tindakan yang keliru dan tidak sesuai dengan tindakan etika. Baik itu dari memaknai ciptaan Allah dan tujuannya hidup sebagai ciptaan dalam dunia ini. yang seharusnya perlu berdamai dengan eksistensinya sebagai manusia yang bersifat fana dan tujuannya hidup dalam dunia ini ialah memelihara kehidupannya dalam iman pengharapan kepada Allah. Kata Kunci: Teologis Etis, Badland Hunters, Mempertahankan Hidup, Iman. ABSTRACT This thesis is motivated by the act of trying to maintain life. Humans to enjoy life in the world longer so that they question the limits taken by humans to maintain their lives. This paper intends to analyze the extent of human limits to maintain life based on an ethical theological perspective which then answers questions of faith regarding the act of maintaining life by any means to avoid death for oneself or other loved ones, which is indeed permissible or not. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Then from the research, the result obtained that the analysis of the film badland hunters on the character of doctor Yang Gisu is indeed an act of trying to survive, but the method taken is a wrong action and does not comply with ethical actions. Both from interprenting God’s creation and the purpose of life as a creation in this world. Which should need to make peace with its existence as a mortal human being and the purpose of life in this faith and hope in God. Keywords: Ethical Theology,Badland Hunters, Maintaining Life, Faith.
