Abstract

ABSTRAK Joist Rama Karuru (2020207918), Jurusan Teologi Kristen menulis skripsi yang berjudul “Analisis Teologis Etis Terhadap Wibawa Pelayanan Pendeta Pasca Pemulihan di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Rantepasilo Klasis Sangalla’ Selatan” di bawah bimbingan Samuel Tokam, M.Th sebagai pembimbing I dan Ferdi Sapan Alextian, M.Psi sebagai pembimbing II. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis wibawa pelayanan pendeta pasca pemulihan di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Rantepasilo Klasis Sangalla’ Selatan. Penelitian kualitatif adalah metode yang digunakan uintuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian melalui wawancara dan dari lapangan dideskripsikan dalam penelitian kualitatif. Wibawa merupakan pembawaan untuk dapat menguasai dan mempengaruhi dihormati orang lain melalui sikap dan tingkalaku yang mengandung kepemimpinan dan penuh daya tarik. Jabatan kependetaan otomatis menjanjikan rasa hormat, wibawa dan kepatuhan dari warga jemaatnya dan juga pendeta tidak hanya berperan sebagai pengkhotbah melaikan sebagai pembimbing rohani jemaatnya. Seperti yang terjadi di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Rantepasilo Klasis Sangalla’ Selatan.Pendeta merupakan pelayan Firman sekaligus juga penilik ia merupakan pekerja yang diupah namun juga “pekerja mandiri”. Namun karena pendeta adalah manusia terbatas tidak luput dari yang namanya kesalahan sehingga melakukan suatu dosa dan disinilah awal mula terjadinya masalah-masalah dalam jemaat. Kata Kunci: Wibawa, Pendeta, Pelayanan Pendeta. ABSTRACT Joist Rama Karuru (2020207918), Department of Christian Theology wrote a thesis entitled "Ethical Theological Analysis of the Authority of Post-Recovery Pastor Services in the Toraja Church of the South Sangalla' South Rantepasilo Classis Congregation" under the guidance of Samuel Tokam, M.Th as supervisor I and Ferdi Sapan Alextian , M.Psi as supervisor II. This article aims to analyze the authority of the post-recovery pastor's services at the Toraja Church of the Rantepasilo Classis Sangalla' South Toraja Congregation. Qualitative research is a method used to obtain data in research through interviews and from the field described in qualitative research.Authority is the disposition to be able to control and influence the respect of others through attitudes and behavior that contain leadership and are full of attractiveness. The position of pastor automatically promises respect, authority and obedience from the members of his congregation and the pastor does not only act as a preacher but also as a spiritual guide to his congregation. As happened at the Toraja Church of the Rantepasilo Classis Sangalla' South Congregation.The pastor is both a minister of the Word and an overseer, he is a paid worker but also a "self-employed worker". However, because pastors are limited human beings, they are not free from mistakes, so they commit sins and this is where problems start to occur in the congregation.
