Abstract

ABSTRAK Katrina Friskia (2020207423), menulis skripsi mengenai “Analisis Fishbone dalam Peningkatan Fellowship Involvement Ibadah Doa di Gereja Kemah Injil Indonesia Jemaat Ku’lang.” Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah dilihat jika keterlibatan jemaat dalam persekutuan ibadah doa sangat kurang. Penulisan ini memuat pokok masalah yakni bagaimana fishbone dalam peningkatan fellowship involvement ibadah doa di Gereja Kemah Injil Indonesia (GKII) jemaat Ku’lang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskrispsikan fishbone dalam peningkatan fellowship involvement ibadah doa di Gereja Kemah Injil Indonesia jemaat Ku’lang. Teori fishbone yang dipakai penulis adalah upaya untuk melihat tindakan BPJ GKII Ku’lang dalam masalah fellowship involvement ibadah doa. Fishbone adalah analisis yang dapat memberikan bantuan pengambilan keputusan dengan mengidentifikasi akar sebab masalah dengan melihat berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi masalah. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode kualitatif untuk mendeskdipsikan penelitian yang dilakukan. Fellowship involvement diartikan sebagai keterlibatan dalam persekutuan. Jadi penelitian ini melihat BPJ dalam megidentifikasi akar masalah peningkatan keterlibatan dalam persekutuan dalam ibadah doa di GKII Ku’lang. Fishbone dalam peningkatan fellowship involvement ibadah doa di GKII jemaat Ku’lang memperlihatkan BPJ yang melakukan fishbone yang terlihat pada upaya pencarian akar masalah dari masalah fellowship involvement ibadah doa. Adanya pemahaman jemaat mengenai bersekutu yakni bukan hanya bersekutu digereja bersama-sama namun bersekutu dengan Tuhan juga dilakukan di rumah sehingga memperngaruhi kualitas jemaat pada fellowship involvement. Sisi kuantitas, terlihat tidak terdapat peningkatan dalam fellowship involvement ibadah doa. The background to this research is that it can be seen that the congregation's involvement in prayer service fellowship is very lacking. This writing contains the main problem, namely how fishbones increase fellowship involvement in prayer services at the Indonesian Gospel Tent Church (GKII) Kulang congregation. The research was carried out with the aim of describing fishbone in increasing fellowship involvement in prayer services at the Indonesian Gospel Tent Church, Kulang congregation. The fishbone theory used by the author is an attempt to see the actions of BPI GKII Ku'lang in the issue of fellowship involvement in prayer services. Fishbone is an analysis that can provide decision-making assistance by identifying the root cause of a problem by looking at various factors that influence the problem. The research method used was a qualitative method to describe the research carried out. Fellowship involvement is defined as involvement in the fellowship. So this research looks at BPJ in identifying the root of the problem of increasing involvement in fellowship in prayer services at GKII Ku'lang. Fishbone in increasing fellowship involvement in prayer services at the GKII Ku'lang congregation shows BPJ carrying out a fishbone which is seen in efforts to find the root of the problem of fellowship involvement in prayer services. The congregation's understanding of fellowship is not only fellowshipping together at church but communion with God is also done at home, thus influencing the quality of the congregation in fellowship involvement.
