Abstract

ABSTRAK Tulisan ini dilatar belakangi oleh masalah konsep kepemimpinan pendeta dalam mengajar gaya hidup sederhana untuk membangun spiritualitas iman jemaat di gereja toraja Jemaat Kalembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep kepemimpinan pendeta dalam mengajar gaya hidup sederhana untuk membangun spiritualitas iman jemaat di gereja toraja Jemaat Kalembang. Indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah indikator Kepemimpinan Pendeta, indikator gaya hidup sederhana, dan indikator Spiritualitas Iman. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan seorang pendeta memiliki peran penting dalam membangun spiritualitas iman jemaat, pendeta mampu menerapkan gaya hidup sederhana dalam kehidupannya baik dalam pelayanan dan dalam kehidupannya sehari-hari. Dengan demikian kepemimpinan seorang pendeta mampu memberikan dampak yang baik dalam membantu jemaat menerapkan gaya hidup yang sederhana dan juga membantu jemaat dalam membangun spiritualitas iman. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Pendeta, Gaya Hidup Sederhana, Membangun Spiritualitas Iman. ABSTRACT This paper is based on the problem of the concept of pastoral leadership in teaching a simple lifestyle to build the spirituality of the faith of the congregation in the Toraja church of the Kalembang Jamaat. This study aims to analyze the concept of pastoral leadership in teaching a simple lifestyle to build the spirituality of the faith of the congregation in the Toraja church of the Kalembang Jamaat. The indicators used in this study are the Pastor Leadership indicator, the simple lifestyle indicator, and the Faith Spirituality indicator. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of the research obtained, it shows that the leadership of a pastor has an important role in building the spirituality of the faith of the congregation, pastors are able to apply a simple lifestyle in their lives both in ministry and in their daily lives. Thus, the leadership of a pastor is able to have a good impact in helping the congregation implement a simple lifestyle and also help the congregation in building the spirituality of faith.
