Abstract

ABSTRAK Skripsi ini disusun dengan latar belakang mengenai peran kepala desa dalam menyikapi politik uang pada pemilu di Desa Baruru, Kecamatan Aralle, Kabupaten Mamasa. Peran kepala desa penting untuk dapat memberikan motivasi bagi masyarakat agar dapat membawah perubahan didalamnya. Dalam menyelesaikan penulisan ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan studi pustaka dari jurnal yang berkaitan dangan topik kajian penulis. Selain itu, penulis menggunakan penelitian lapangan melalui observasi, dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian lapangan, masyarakat yang ada di desa baruru pada umumnya telah menerima politik uang yang biasanya dilakukan oleh para calon pemimpin untuk menarik suara dari masyarakat, sehingga dengan hal itu masyarakat tidak merasakan akan adanya pembangunan dan kesejahteraan dalam masyarakat. Motivasi atau pengaruh dari pemerintah sangat berarti bagi masyarakat. Untuk itu, pada akhir tulisan ini, penulis berharap setiap pembaca memahami dampak dari politik uang dan bagaimana seorang pemimpin berperan dengan baik. Kata Kunci : Peran Kepala Desa, Politik Uang, Pemilihan ABSTRACT This thesis is written with the background of the role of the village head in responding to money politics in the election in Baruru Village, Aralle District, Mamasa Regency. The role of the village head is important to be able to provide motivation for the community to be able to bring about change in it. In completing this writing, the author uses a qualitative research method with a literature study from journals related to the author's study topic. In addition, the author uses field research through observation and interviews. Based on the results of field research, the community in Baruru Village has generally accepted money politics which is usually carried out by prospective leaders to attract votes from the community, so that the community does not feel that there will be development and welfare in the community. Motivation or influence from the government is very important for the community. For that, at the end of this writing, the author hopes that every reader understands the impact of money politics and how a leader plays a good role.
