Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan strategi pendampingan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan pemuda dalam mengikuti ibadah di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Eben Haeser Lura Klasis Luwu. dengan metode penelitian kualiatatif, hakekat strategi pendampingan, konsep keaktifan, hakekat ibadah merupakan teori yang diteliti. Dari hasil penelitian Strategi pendampingan yang relevan itu disesuaikan dengan permasalahan dan karakter masing-masing atau latar belakang dari personal dan latar belakang permasalahan oleh karna itu Dari permasalahan yang pertama kesepian dan kemalasan didekati dari pendekatan penopangan (healing) dan menopang ( sustaining) permasalah yang kedua orang tua yang tidak memiliki ketegasan dan pengurus PPGT yang tidak aktif didekati dari pendekatan membimbing (guiding) dan memulihkan( reconciling). Berdasarkan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa strategi pendampingan pastoral dapat meningkatkan keaktifan pemuda dalam mengikuti persekutuan, yang dibuktikan dengan kehadiran pemuda dalam ibadah rutin meningkat Serta partisipasi pemuda dalam kegiatan di gereja, dan turut serta mengambil pelayanan gereja yang Dimana hal ini mengambil bagian di ibadah hari minggu, sebagai pemain keyboard, dan cantoria dan juga pelayanan ibadah rutin sebagai liturgis. Kata Kunci: Strategi Pendampingan, Keaktifan, Hakekat Ibadah ABSTRAK This research is to produce an effective mentoring strategy to increase the activeness of youth in attending worship based approach in the Toraja Church Congregation Eben Haeser Lura Klasis Luwu. with qualitative research methods, the nature of mentoring strategies, the concept of activeness, the nature of worship is the theory studied. From the results of the research, the relevant mentoring strategy is adjusted to the problems and characters of each or the background of the person and the background of the problem therefore From the first problem of loneliness and laziness approached from the approach of supporting (healing) and sustaining (sustaining) the second problem of parents who do not have assertiveness and PPGT administrators who are not active are approached from the approach of guiding (guiding) and restoring (reconciling). Based on the results that show that pastoral mentoring strategies can increase the activeness of youth in attending fellowship, as evidenced by the presence of youth in routine worship increases as well as youth participation in church activities, and participate in taking church services which in this case take part in Sunday worship, as keyboard players, and cantoria and also routine worship services as liturgists.
