Abstract

ABSTRAK RESTI DA'PE PASOLORAN. 3020196608, Menyusun skripsi dengan judul "Analisis Strategi Pendeta dalam Mendampingi PPGT yang tidak Aktif di Gereja Toraja Jemaat Buntu Barana' Tombang". Pelayanan pendeta merupakan suatu tugas dan tanggung dalam suatu gereja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui strategi pendeta dalam mendampingi PPGT yang tidak aktif, penulis memilih judul ini karena di persekutuan pemuda Gereja Toraja Jemaat Buntu Barana' Tombang tidak aktif dalam kegiataan kepemudaan maupun dalam ibadah. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif deskriftif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pemimpin dalam organisasi sangatlah berpengaruh pada keaktifan pemuda. Oleh karena itu, dalam memimpin perlu adanya strategi seorang pendeta yang bertujuan untuk mengarahkan serta memotivasi mereka agar aktif dalam persekutuan untuk bersama-sama mencapai tujuan organisasi. Pastor's Service is a duty and responsibility in a church The objective of this study for know stategy pastor's in accompanying inactive ppgt, writer choose this title because in the Toraja church youth fellowship congregation Buntu Barana' Tombang not active ini activities youth and in worship. Research methods the author use descrptive qualitative research. Based on the research results, it was concluded that leader's role in the organization very influential on youth activity. Therefore, in leadi it is necessary a stategy which aim to direct and motivating they to be active in fellowship to be together achieve organizational goals.
