Abstract
Penelitian ini didasari oleh persoalan model pemuridan kepemimpinan hamba majelis gereja untuk meningkatkan partisipasi warga jemaat dalam bersekutu di gereja toraja jemaat Pniel Rante Orongan. Tujuan dari penulisan ini ialah dapat mengetahui model pemuridan kepemimpinan hamba majelis gereja dalam meningkatkan partisipasi warga jemaat dalam bersekutu dijemaat dan Implementasi model pemuridan di jemaat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari buku sebagai referensi, observasi dan wawancara dilakukan oleh penulis. Penulis melakukan wawancara dengan 6 (enam) informan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Model pemuridan kepemimpinan hamba yang dilakukan oleh majelis gereja ialah model penginjilan atau pelayanan dan model perkunjungan. Model pemuridan kepemimpinan hamba yang tepat dilakukan di jemaat dalam meningkatkan partisipasi anggota jemaat dalam bersekutu, ialah metode menjadi model, metode penginjilan/pelayanan, metode menjadi mentor, memonitoring dan metode menjadi pelipat gandaan. Kata Kunci: Pemuridan, Kepemimpinan Hamba, Persekutuan. ABSTRACT This research is based on the problem of the discipleship model of servant leadership of the church board to increase the participation of congregation members in fellowship at the Toraja church congregation of Pniel Rante Orongan. The purpose of this writing is to find out the model of discipleship leadership of church council servants in increasing the participation of congregation members in fellowshipping in the congregation and the implementation of the discipleship model in the congregation. This study used qualitative research methods. The data sources in this research come from books as references, observations and interviews conducted by the author. The author conducted interviews with 6 (six) informants. The results of this research are that the servant leadership discipleship model carried out by the church council is the evangelism or service model and the visitation model. The model of servant leadership discipleship that is appropriate for a congregation to increase the participation of congregation members in fellowship is the method of being a model, the method of evangelism/service, the method of being a mentor, monitoring and the method of being a multiplier.
